The guys that serve me was polite, friendly. Know what we were after, had great customer service skills. He went above and beyond customer expectations and and also allowed my voice to be heard. Highly recommend him to anyone

Matt went above and beyond to find the formula I needed for a small tin of paint to use for touching up sections of my walls. As this is no longer available over the counter he rang around and found a possible substitute then hand tinted it to try to match.
Most appreciated and it looks like a good colour match.

Loves the experience buying from Inspiration Paint at Oxenford. Tory was so knowledgeable and helpful, he made finding the right paint super easy. Who knew it was so technical? Thank goodness for Tory. Didn’t have to lift a finger he carried those two huge tins to the car for me as well. Best place to go!

When I walked into Inspirations at Oxenford, I was immediately greeted by friendly staff, Luke was great and listened when I explained I was at the very first stage of my car restoration. I needed to sand back the clear coat to start off with. Luke provided his opinion and I purchased the materials needed.
He then showed me the range of paint available as I may want to go custom paint. Luke explained the process required and showed me some paint swatches. This has given me some great inspiration and I will be visiting Inspirations Paint store many more times in the future, I'm very happy with the service and professionalism and look forward to returning for more supplies to restore my 2004 Supercharged Calais.

I'm very happy with Inspirations Paint Oxenford. Really friendly and helpful. Each time I have shopped for multiple requirements for paint, the team has happily and expertly mixed colours to my personal requirements, sometimes adding a little colour at a time, until I am totally satisfied. I have noticed the team looks out for each other, for example offering me coffee, whilst another is preparing my special order. It is always nice to get a warm smile and greeting when I walk into the immaculate showroom, it makes me feel like an important customer. Great attitude and work team!

Their professional advice for a complex paint job was excellent. Great friendly staff. No waiting for hours like in Bunnings and you get expert advice.
They carried the paint to my car.
Took the time to explain the steps I needed to take to do the job properly.
I will only ever go to them for paint in the future.

Spoke to Linda in the shop, she was very helpful. Nothing was a problem & helped me make a decision that I been mulling over for some time. Even though the shop was pretty busy at the time, she did not rush me through. Much appreciated guys, job well done. Definitely going back for any paint needs or advise.👍👍👍

I was asked promptly by a staff member if I required any assistance. The young man that was just starting out was very helpful in helping with sanding products. The lady in store helped me purchase the correct water based polyurethane clear for the job.

Initially I nearly walked out as it had a que nearly to the door for an assistant. But I was pleased I waited - my assistant had alot of product knowledge and assisted me well with my project. - because your company wishes to have staff involved in peoples projects to assist inquiry better - this does cause a long wait line.
Perhaps have more staff for weekends? so wait time is not too long.

I needed some help with buying concrete sealer that was compatible with an old, obsolete product that I had. The team team were helpful and friendly, providing me with everything I needed and some advice on preparing and finishing the job. Fantastic service, thanks.

It took one phone to check stock ,One quick visit to pick up order ,all ready to go ,Invoicing and credit card payment very efficient all done with a smile and then drums trolleyed out to the vehicle .
Store is also well located and easy access .

Just great old fashioned service, a feel good store

I decided to take on a few painting projects around my house, I went to Inspirations Paint at Oxenford and was greeted by Tory. I explained I had little to no experience with painting. I also discussed the work I planned to do. Tory walked me through the process explaining all the steps and then he recommended the different products and materials I would need. I left feeling quite confident.
To date I am progressing well, I am also feeling confident because I know if I have any questions or concerns I just have to call Tory.

I wanted a particular type of polish which is difficult to obtain in this area. When I rang to see if it as in stock, I received a prompt positive answer with a price as well. In store I was received really nicely which doesn't always happen to 77 year old ladies, and I actually enjoyed a laugh. Thanks Inspirations for your great service as always. Lynne

Always prefer to shop at a specialist store where you can expect good service and helpful advice.
This is exactly what I got.
