Hi Joe,
You purchased a charging cable and we sent what you paid for. It is not our fault you bought the incorrect cable. We offered to send the alternate cable if you returned the incorrect one. You declined.
On the product page for the charging cable there is a very clear (and bolded) line indicating there is an alternate cable and it is up to the customer to ensure they are buying the correct one. I am not sure what you expect us to do.
As you can see from our other reviews, we are well known for our excellent customer support, however that doesn't mean we will send free items for no reason, or accept you being rude to our staff.

It took a very long time for it to show…
It took a very long time for it to show up in the mail. Once I received it , I only could use it twice before it malfunctioned. After spending $241 it broke after its second use. This like all electronic sex toys , was not worth the money. All electrified, sex toys or garbage, all electrified sex toys break after the second or third use. I don't understand why they're even legal to sell.

When I suffered devastating erectile dysfunction after prostate cancer treatments, the Pulse was a lifesaver. The value of this miraculous invention is beyond description, and with no hesitation, I recommend the Pulse.

Thank you for your review. Our toys are made to offer a good amount of power, this does produce some noise, however it shouldn't be overly loud. I believe it has been assessed at less than 55dB. You shouldn't be able to hear it under a duvet from the next room. If it is much louder than this, it is possibly faulty, and will be covered under our warranty.

Jett Turbo — Save Your Money (and Your Anatomy)
As a fan of the original Hot Octopuss Jett, I was genuinely excited about the new Turbo. That excitement lasted approximately thirty seconds.
Let's get into it.
The fit is a design failure. The cables dig straight back into your scrotum unless you're applying this with a full erection. If you're working with anything under 12cm, soft or erect, don't even bother unwrapping it. This isn't a "one size fits all" product. It's barely a "one very specific size, under very specific conditions" product.
The vibrations aren't powerful, they're punishing. During use, the thing shakes with the subtlety of a pneumatic drill. At orgasm, "tortuous" is not hyperbole, it's the only accurate word. In the days that followed, I dealt with penile numbness and sharp urethral pain. A sex toy should not leave you wondering whether you need a GP appointment.
And then the customer service made everything worse. When I raised these concerns, the response was essentially to imply I was the problem, physically. For context: I am, by any standard metric, well above average in the relevant department. I was then advised to “push the bullets further through, although due to the strength of vibration, this may cause them to rattle against each other.” (Their actual words).
Another solution that was floated was to “wear the JETT Turbo sleeve backwards, so the wires are towards the head of the penis” (again, their words. But this is impossible without damaging the product.
I was also told to use bits from my old toy - “if you still have your (old)JETT Sleeve, it has been suggested you could use that in place of the JETT Turbo sleeve” (Their words).
They then claimed that I was "the only person to raise this as an issue." in the same week the product launched. Nobody else has had time to complain yet!
In my experience, the Jett Turbo is a painful, poorly designed product backed by dismissive customer service. Avoid it completely.
I’d like to add that Hot Octopuss have since tried to have my reviews removed, despite having emails proving my claims.

You were also given a refund, I am not sure how that was dismissive. We requested your review be edited as you lied about the steps we took to help.
We were not at all dismissive, and again you did receive a refund before leaving a nasty review.
Looking at the history on Trustpilot, it seems you only ever give negative reviews though.

It worked well for maybe 2 weeks and then just lost all real power. At this point it doesn't go strong enough to be effective. It's only been a few months and for what you charge, I would expect better
