Easy booking process, competitive prices

This is the third or fourth time I've booked with Hola Rental Cars. This time I had an issue with a small non-specified additional charge that was added when I dropped off the car. I wrote to Hola asking for assistance and received a standard AI reply saying that Hola only covers refunds on double charges, etc. so I left it at that and planned to contact Avis (without much hope of getting an answer). Then after a couple of days I received an email from Hola customer service saying that they'd looked into the extra charge and could help me contest it. I was surprised but very pleased by their help, really going above and beyond what they had to. Thank you!

Al momento todo muy claro en cuanto a las tarifas, excelente costo y facilidad para la reservación, hace falta terminar el proceso completo hasta la devolución de auto pero al momento todo excelente.

Thanks to Hola Car Rentals' easy to understand and very transparent online reservation and booking process, this makes for a very short experience at the counter. We just handed the clerk our Hola Car Rental Reservation Number and we were done within mere mins!

Lastly, I love the fact that Hola Car Rentals reimburses you for tolls. I received $25.00 BACK! How cool is that? (This ALSO made my $250.00 "Week-Long Rental" ONLY $225.00 on a MINIVAN!)

Personalmente mi sono trovato molto bene e in un momento di difficoltà con la macchina noleggiata con Avis che non rispondeva ho potuto contare sul loro supporto.

Extremely simple

First of all the price you get from Hola is unmatchable. Secondly they are Amazing team and they do wonderful support. As a customer I've booked a car from SFO airport and I supposed to cancel in last minute due to my flight cancellations, they did their best and waived off 90% of the charges.
