Really poor service, it's easy to contact these guys but the service is terrible, technical knowledge is poor at best and replies to the chat service are slow and mostly useless, I have a £1700 phone that takes poor pictures and I can't get any decent service from Honor UK, looks like this will be the last phone I buy from them

I returned a faulty Honor MagicPad 2 using the return label they provided. DHL refused to ship it because it contained three lithium batteries—something that goes against their own shipping policy. Yet Honor continues to send parcels with the exact same setup:
•⁠ ⁠1 device
•⁠ ⁠1 Magic Pen
•⁠ ⁠1 keyboard case

Their customer service? Completely unhelpful. Don’t even waste your time with the live chat, they also don't answer emails.

This whole situation has been a mess from start to finish. I’ll never buy from HONOR again—unprofessional and completely amateurish

Trade in my phone from Honor, very reluctant to help. Telling me not there problem.

Send out emails promising vouchers for discounted earbuds, then change the T&C's before giving out vouchers saying they're only giving out 100 codes? Just a data harvesting exercise, but what do you expect from a dodgy Chinese company that used to be part of Huawei.

I bought honour magic 5 is NOT worth the money it is extremely one of the worst phones ever in every way . I have sent it for repair no faults was found there for the phone is very poorly made

Great discount on a Magic V3. However this premium device failed after only 2 weeks. The screen failed on inside of the hinge. I only just got it set up as I was using an Apple device before. Very disappointed. The returns process was okay and I have been refunded in full (via KLARNA)
Such a shame, but I tried to embrace change and it turned out a huge failure.

Bought a phone 18 days ago and it's not working properly data keeps cutting out so ask to send back for exchange and told its over 14 days by UK consumers law I've 30 days to return a faulty product. Have been told they will have to talk to their manager. If not refunded I'll have to talk to trading standards. Also checked online the phone is known to have these faults so why are they selling them. Unhappy customer

I don't know why people say that it's hard to reach out to the customer service. I did it in WhatsApp this morning at 9 o'clock when they start, I got proper response and assistance just within few minutes, any questions I had they quickly replied. I sent screenshots of the problem (possible battery fault), and asked how the returns and exchange goes, I got fast answers for all my questions. Try WhatsApp next time they have business account only for the customer service, don't use the unreliable chat service.

This company is excellent. The service is great. I continue purchasing from this company. Just one word excellent.

A joke of a company, completely disorganized customer service. You don’t hear from them, and then get three different answers from three different people. Do not purchase any of the folding screen phones; they are extremely fragile and will break just from closing the screen. It's also not covered by warranty. I paid £999.00, and they would have charged £780.00 to repair it

Every year I purchase their phone and you can see they're improving rapidly. And my encounters with warranty services were brilliant.

Awful customer service. Bought a phone and when this was shipped was sent a voucher for £50 off - which couldn't be applied because the phone had been shipped and the voucher which should have had a month validity, now only had 2 days left to use. So, decided to send the phone back and cut my losses with a company that looks like it likes to play games! Simple enough right...no. Instead, I got the run around trying to arrange a pick up - thought it was simple as I followed the process via the website but then had to continue to chase up and was told "no, you have to call for us to arrange this". Something that isn't mentioned anywhere! What a waste of time and effort - seriously don't bother.

Wanted to buy a phone and tablet, and wanted to buy with 24 monthly instalments. Unfortunately when you want to choose those options they just don't work. They have visa option, witch doesn't work (customer service said it just don't work with them), don't know why they have that option at all, then, pictures shows klarna payments, but they don't have that one either, tried PayPal credit witch don't work as well, only option works when you buy hole thing at once. Customer service awful, they don't know anything what's happening in there, what to expect from company witch is just like giffgaff, avoid

Try claiming on the 180 day screen cover, then you'll find just what a useless company Honor is

Customer care staff over the phone is rude and no basic sense how to handle the call in a customer friendly manner.It made me to think how to deal with the company in case of any technical phone faults.Hence returning the item back to stay away from this company.

Terrible customer service. Takes ages to answer on the chat. And also very rude on the phone. Glad I didn't end up buying anything. Decided to go with either iphone or samsung.

They manipulate reviews on their website. I left a negative review there about 1 month ago, and it was not posted or deleted by their team. So please don't trust the reviews you see on their website.

Terrible customer service. Brand new folding phone faulty after one month and no one will respond to me. Please avoid this company. Wish I stuck to samsung

The after sales Customer Service Team for Honor are absolutely useless! Not only do they not reply to emails, they fob you off on the phone when you ask them basic questions. Why send me DHL return postage slips if no one from DHL comes to collect my return (this happened on two separate occasions)..?Why tell me that you will escalate my complaint and that I will be contacted, for no one to contact me? It has been three weeks since I initiated the return of the item I purchased, yet I have not received my refund. Truly shambolic.
