10/10 customer service! I had an issue with unexpected customs charges, and Kellie from Hell Bunny immediately contacted DHL and sorted everything out for me. Excellent communication and a completely stress-free resolution.

I’ve been a Hell Bunny customer for years, buying pieces from time to time, and they’ve never disappointed me. The quality of the stitching, embroidery and materials makes Hell Bunny my favourite alternative fashion brand and really sets it apart from similar brands.

Excellent product selection, lightning-fast delivery, and absolutely fabulous customer service.

I contacted the support after problems with the EU import taxes. The response was really fast, helpful and uncomplicated! Everything was solved within hours. Perfect!
Needless to say I love the clothing…

I love my skirts from here. Had to return a few items due to sizing and that was a smooth experience too.

J'ai beaucoup acheté de Hellbunny et leurs propositions sont souvent très intéressantes mais... La qualité n'est plus au rendez vous.

J'ai adoré et commandé les modèles Solaris et Camellia qui se sont littéralement arrachés.
L'un sur la poitrine, l'autre deux coutures dans le dos et vu la pauvreté du tissu c'est tout bonnement irrécupérable...
La taille est bonne, le lavage à 30 mais le résultat est sans appel, deux robes bonnes pour la poubelle...
Quelle déception...

Was amazing beautiful quality.
First time experience with this company. My teenage daughter had a smile on her face from ear to ear. Only problem we had was paying for next day delivery using DPD. They did not deliver on the day which made my daughter so sad 😞
But Hellbunny cheered her up when her clothes came the day after, so much that she forgot about DPD's uselessness.
So Hellbunny saved the day for all every item of clothing was packed so beautifully and the clothes we highly recommend to everyone thankyou again Hellbunny for making my daughters day 🙏💛

Such a great company, they are really responsive and helpful if you have any questions before buying, the clothes are top quality (the dresses I own still look perfect after multiple washes) and really comfortable. If you have an issue they're great with replying too.
I'm a repeat customer and have been happy every time.

The courier lost my order, Hell Bunny responded to my email straight away and sent another dress out immediately, it came the next day.
The cut, fit and quality of their dresses is absolutely amazing. Highly recommended.

I ordered a blouse and got it today. It's a beautiful blouse and of good quality. Fast delivery, but made in China :(

Bough a grey dress from them (in their sale). It arrived very fast as I had it shipped by DPD… literally the next day. I have sent it back as it’s very mumsy/teacher uniform like. Not very flattering and quite heavy. It’s well made however, just not my cup of tea… also a bit long on the length. Be aware when ordering the returns are a bit of a ball ache! You have to write the address down yourself and send it back at your own expense. Obviously recorded so you can prove you returned it.. so yourl be down at least £5. Just a ball ache.. I won’t be ordering from them again.

I used to love their clothing, but buyers beware, the quality has gone way down. If you are already paying high fees for US delivery, just don't bother. I ordered literally the same pair of pants one year after I had initially ordered them (which I guess speaks to quality, the pair I had was still looking OK but a bit shabby despite my washing as instructed, and they are formalwear for work) and they were made of a different material (formerly a lovely material, now a bit costume-y), fit differently (very tight in unflattering areas), and the pockets were of different depth. It is clear cost-cutting has occurred. They do allow returns but there's a fee associated for people in the US and you have to find one of those DHS spot so it's a whole hassle. Not worth it, find more local clothing.

Have loved everything I’ve bought from Hell Bunny, the quality is excellent, very flattering styles for plus sizes, delivery has always been quick, 10/10
