I ordered a jumper which cost £6.99 delivery, the wrong size was sent to me .there is no option to exchange the item , after contacting customer services I was no further forward I had to return it at another cost of £6.99 even although it was Harvey Nichols error very unsatisfactory.

Clothes were a strange fit but that may have been the brand. Delivery and returns costs are very expensive compared to other stores, wouldn’t use them online again

All my loyalty points have disappeared since HN was taken over by Mike Ashley. What a total swizz. I will move to using Harrods or Selfridges.

This was a fraudulent purchase on my bank card to someone who hacked into my phone and email. Do your due diligence before sending stuff out .I live in Greater Manchester not London 🤢

A bit overpriced but a great product and service was good aswell

Next day delivery not worth paying for it's taken 48 hours don't tell me you can do something when clearly you can't you Ai customer service is rubbish can't get a reply from yourself or flannels regarding delivery refund no doubt it will take weeks to sort out I think you do it deliberately so people just give up and you pocket the cash utter shite

I ordered a jacket on the 1st september and the email told me I’ll receive it no later than monday the 7th. The 7th came round, nothing. After countless emails and phone calls ive finally got a email telling me the items out of stock! I would strongly advise to never give this company or any other company owned by mile ashley 1 penny of your hard earned money.

Easy to order online and very quick service

Recently purchased of this company never again, designer bag sent back now claiming they haven’t received because they went into administration, all emails been deleted! I shall be taking this further

We are long standing customers of HN and frequent often. We have had a voucher for a meal at Harvey Nichols which we have now been told we cannot use due to the acquisition. I understand that not all deals can be honoured but we booked with this voucher prior to acquisition. The company taking over have been useless and have offered no help or alternatives. Another brand gone bad because of a budget sportwear distributor...

My husband purchased a Vivienne Westwood watch for our 25th Wedding anniversary and it is faulty. The customer service was absolutely shocking. He also had to pay £20 in delivery and returns even though it is faulty. I am absolutely broken hearted as I recommended Harvey Nichols to him as I have been a loyal customer for more years than I care to mention. I will not be purchasing through them ever again. Turns out Sports Direct have bought them which explains to terrible quality and service. I'm surprised Vivienne Westwood would associate with them at all!

Faulty Vivienne Westwood watch received after also paying £11.99 for next day delivery. Terrible customer service, this was for my wife's 25th wedding anniversary so now she has no present, no promise of a replacement & the final kick in the teeth is I have to pay £6.99 for it's Return as well. I also just found out Sports Direct now own Harvey Nichols so you have been warned!

Simple process to place an order. And I've received notice that delivery will be today (next day delivery) as ordered.

First time ordering online. No issues with the order. Arrived days before the estimated delivery date.

I bought a dress from Harvey Nichols and returned it the same day it arrived because it didn’t fit. I used the return shipping label they provided.

Three weeks went by and I still hadn’t received my refund. During that time I emailed them three times and didn’t get a single reply.

After three weeks, the dress was suddenly returned to me in the post.

I contacted them again using another email address and was told that the company is changing ownership and that I needed to contact a different email address. The problem is that this is the same email address I had already been emailing and nobody has ever replied to me.

So now I have the dress back, it doesn’t fit me, I have no refund and nobody is answering my emails. I followed their return instructions and used the shipping label they provided, so I really don’t understand how this is acceptable.

Harvey Nichols used to be a great company, but after this experience I wouldn’t recommend shopping here anymore.

Just a little update: I’ve since received an email from them saying that they’re unable to help me with this. They advised me to contact my bank instead, as they may be able to refund the money.

So please be careful!

I contacted you to cancel my order and I received an email from you stating that you had received my request. But you have still despatched the order more than 24 hours after you received my request to cancel. Very disappointing. From such a prestigious company. No choice now but to have to return the parcel.

Still waiting on a response to my question to customer services on how to redeem my gift card, after the Frasers takeover. It's been over 4 days..... ref [#310501] if anyone at HN or Frasers cares...?

Terrible experience from Harvey Nichols customer service team.
Purchased bottle of Creed cost £310 8/8/2026 for a birthday gift… item was cancelled by them on 17/8 (so I ordered another from liberty who not only gave me a discount but order was received within 2days)
HN then sent me the original order (which they said was cancelled) on the 19.8.26 complained to customer service they asked me not accept the deliver and told to request that the post office return it back to them.. which I did.. after many phone calls and endless emails they have still not had the decency to confirm whether the item as been received by them or induced a refund…
