Phoned up to book a test drive, staff had no idea where the car was. When we found it, it was very dirty. Decided to buy it, on day of pick up we’d asked for it to be cleaned. When we got there we then discovered loads of marks on the car that hadn’t been visible through all the dirt. Declined to buy it. They then kept calling to see if we’d looked through their other cars, but lost confidence in them by then.

We bought our car from the Ipswich branch. From the start we were made to feel welcome. We were greated by Harry who was very friendly and answered any questions we had nothing was too much trouble for him. The paperwork was straight forward and we were offered a drink while completing it. The only thing they could improve on is to offer a inside clean service which we would of happily paid for . On the whole we have had a pleasant experience with Hammond cars Ipswich.

Chris in Norwich was incredibly patient while we tested several cars over a couple days. When we found a car to test at the Ipswich branch, he arranged to have it moved to Norwich to save us travelling down - he took it upon himself to go the extra mile for us. Overall Hammonds are reliable for finding high quality used cars and this was the second time we used them.
