Fast delivery. Ordered on a Wednesday, arrived on the Thursday. Exactly as described and suitably well packaged. Will order from them again based on this first experience.

The item was sold at a very competitive price, and the delivery was quick, and it arrived in perfect condition. My only gripe is that I received a notification from FedEx that I would be having a delivery, but without any identifier to tell me that this was not a phishing email. In addition, the item was predicted to arrive by 12:20 and arrived late in the afternoon. This was a FedEx problem and nothing to do with Grantham.

Best price I found for Status 570 5G aerial and router, but still nearly £600 so welcomed the 12 month interest free credit.

The product was in stock at a very busy time (very few suppliers had the item in stock). The price was fair and the standard delivery option was very swift. Easy to order from the website - reassuringly professional.

The deal offered online by Granthams was very competitive, and communication was good, with actual humans! My awning arrived when promised. A good buying experience.

Ordered 10 vinyl screw cover dots for the caravan, and was charged £5.95 at checkout for something that would have gone in a standard postage envelope. Yes it was my choice to cancel but I couldn’t find the wood pattern anywhere else. Service was fine, just a very over priced postage cost.

I ordered a lock barrel but what I didn’t know/ told you don’t get a key with it . The original key doesn’t work with the new barrel so we are still stuck with unlocked caravan

Appaling delivery times, expensive items and totally ignored all emails and phone calls. AVOID

Item arrived and was as expected 6 days after ordering.
Paid the ridiculously expensive postage of almost £15 for delivery to the Shetland Isles of two strips of screw covers as they were difficult to source elsewhere,(4g weight).
Perhaps they should look at their delivery charges particularly for items that could fit in an envelope and posted first class tracked.

Very poor delivery service from Granthams. We ordered a Awning from them during a visit to their Grantham site, and some items they had in stock, which we took with us on the day. The remaining items where delivered, only one parcel turned up, which then required an email (don't expect a quick response as they will not answer for a week) and then after wasting more time ringing them the second parcel was delivered.
However, the second parcel was so badly packed that the box was completely open one end and we had no idea if anything had fallen out, their Sales order documents are poorly written we had not idea how many items should have been in the second box. This resulted in another email and another 5 days wait and another phone call to get this resolved.
I would advise anyone not to get a delivery from them and if you do, clarify how many parts are supposed to be in the box and how many boxes should be in the delivery
