I placed an order that never arrived. After waiting, I contacted customer support and was informed that my package had been lost in transit. I told them that I did not want a refund—I wanted my order. They apologized, assured me that my order would be resent, and told me it would arrive within the stated timeframe.

After waiting again with no updates, I contacted customer support to ask for a tracking number and an update on my replacement order. Instead of providing one, I was told that my order had been lost and that they had issued me a refund. This completely contradicts what I had previously been told.

I have contacted customer support many times about this issue, and I am extremely disappointed with how it has been handled. I have received inconsistent information, spent weeks trying to resolve this, and still have not received the order I paid for.

You have a lot of soccer players, yet you are missing one of the GOATS, Cristiano Ronaldo. The World Cup is going on and you could make some good money in this. I’m a little shocked we have average US soccer players, Jordan Morris, but we are missing players that have reshaped the sport. If you have Messi, you have Ronaldo. Please fix this!

App or website never works takes forever to load anything and after it loads you still won’t get everything. I’ve been sitting here trying to place an order for a while and funk apparently seems to know my address better than me and once I set it to the address they give me it says “sorry couldn’t set address” well I’m sorry a billion dollar cooperation can’t even get ordering and shipping right

Staff are stealing limited Pops from the warehouse.
If you win access that doesn’t guarantee you are able to checkout.
Staff don’t help as they are stealing the limited Pops.

Tried so many times to order now, PayPal doesn't work or using my credit card. Had this issue a few weeks ago and they still haven't sorted this out. Bad customer service!

I love collecting them , but most of the time the quality of the figures I order leaves a lot to be desired...

Ridiculous! Box is damaged, Glasses are on the forehead, its held up with clingfilm to the back of the box, and label is skew. Glasses cannot sit anywhere without glue, as no ears on these things
Clearly not fit for purpose, however they refuse a return because its custom
As per Co sumer Rihhts Act, section 9 states, does not matter if custom or not, if not fit for purpose, of poor quality, then must be taken back.

Charge back done, and poor publicity now wherever I go for this

Okay so I bought a about four things this is my first order with Funko and I filled out the information for my mailing address i paid when I got the invoice to my email my mailing address or shipping address was changed to about thirty mins away from me and I immediately went to the customer service and they said they couldnt change the address even though it wasnt even five mins after I made the order its ridiculous they told me to wait until it ships and call the shipper to change it ups said they couldnt change it to pick up or the right address because the shipper funko has to change it so I wrote to them and they just kept telling me they cant change it the carrier has to even though the carrier said since they shipped it has to be Funko that has to call and change it to pick up or to the right address. Never again this is ridiculous

I clicked on a link that Funko advertised on Facebook to order a 'Pop Yourself' in time for Father's Day. It arrived the day after. I asked for a goodwill discount and got automated responses and a discount code for future purchases, which they know as well as I do is beneficial to them and NOT ME. They even did the whole 'we upgraded your shipping' nonsense, but they posted it on a Firday, knowing full well that DHL do not deliver on the weekend, so it still arrived late. Over promised and under delivered. Very annoyed.

Very disappointing experience from start to finish.

I only placed my order because the company advertised that orders placed by 15 June would arrive in time for Father's Day. The item arrived after Father's Day, making the purchase pointless. Based on the shipping times they later provided, it was never going to arrive on time, so I feel the advertising was misleading.

The quality of the product was also shocking. It arrived with visible defects, the glasses only fit on one side, and once the protective plastic is removed, it can't even be displayed properly in the box.

Customer service has only added to the frustration. They offered a replacement without addressing my concerns or asking what resolution I wanted. I requested a refund and escalation to a manager, but my complaint remains unresolved.

Overall, this has been a very poor experience with misleading delivery claims, poor-quality products and disappointing customer service. I would not recommend this company.

I ordered 2 make yourself pops. I made my father , and myself for a gift for him for Father’s Day 2026. (Father and Daughter) as to say your the best dad !I will always be daddy’s little girl!!! I paid $20 extra to have it shipped to me quick in time for Father’s Day. The pops turned out great ,I also ordered the protective box to display them. He absolutely loved them. Everyone else did too!!! My father’s new therapy nurse asked about them and the details so he could create some for his wife and his upcoming anniversary. These are the perfect and most thoughtful gift to give someone you care about. I will probably create more in the future! Wouldn’t it be cool to make your family of pops? 😁

Dunno why everyone complaining. My order came pretty fast and everything was in order.

Never came my son made a funko pop for his dad for father's day only had one email saying it was getting looked into and nothing back from my others my son was really upset

Absolutley usless!

I placed an order 5 days ago and paid £9 for express delivery and its still showing as "not shipped". The item was worth £14. It was for my daughters birthday and i now wont get it in time.

I will definitely not be placing an order with them, again!

I got a personalised funko for my partner for this coming father's day. They were advertising it as a perfect father's day gift and as a collector I knew my partner would love it. Firstly it turned up in a branded funko box so now he knows exactly what he's getting so that surprise is ruined. Secondly the quality of the pop yourself is awful. The box looks cheap and nothing like regular funkos. The name is a sticker (the picture made it look printed) and they couldn't even manage to put the sticker on properly so it's very wonky. To charge £25 for such poor quality is shocking. I'm hoping he will like it but personally I hate it.

I was a bit nervous to order because of all the bad reviews.. but my experience was very good. I ordered a custom my funko pop and it arrived within 5 days with track and trace.

Order one and got charged for and shipped two items. The item I ordered was a final sale, so I can not return it. Customer service is practically nonexistent. I received an email that only confused me more. I do not recommend ordering anything from them because their customer support is horrible.

Do not buy, I repeat do not buy from scammers. They will not ship, they will refuse a refund.
