The agent I worked with was very pleasant and very helpful. I commend Oscar Miller for his work with me. The only significant problem that I encountered was not having received a confirmatory email upon completing the payment for my tickets. This caused me to have to return a call to the company to find out why I had not and what my next steps were supposed to be.

This is my second time booking tickets with Fly Business, and the experience was even better than before. George Brown understood exactly what I needed with minimal input and got me a ticket the same day. He secured a fare below the publicly listed rates, showing that Fly Business can access pricing retail customers simply don’t get. He checked every box for me. Ron has been amazing! We needed his help finding a business class round trip flight from the US to Africa. Ron continued to work with us even though we were constantly changing our minds on what we wanted. His comments were, it’s my job to help you’ or ‘it’s fine, I don’t mind’ Finally, after several weeks of helping us, we finally agreed on flights.
