Our septic tank has been emptied successfully without problem for over 40 years. Euroloo say they are unable to empty ours as they are unable to park on our quiet dead end road for "health and safety reasons"
Sent emai, and they got back to me straight away via email and even followed up with a call. Great service from Charli

Hire and delivery is easy. Removal is impossible! Arrived 3/7and today is the 10/7 and after numerous calls to customer care and head office and every person but the person who can tell me when the loo will be retrieved, it’s going to stay over the weekend. Euroloo don’t work weekends so I have a full toilet on my driveway for over a week and past my 8 day contract. Do not hire from them you can’t get a reasonable response when returning the toilet.

We hired a loo for a party which was a week ago and the Loo arrived on time.
However we have called and emailed every day to ask when it will be removed and no one can tell us when. We now have a loo which smells and we can't open our windows because of it.
I am sorry, but this is terrible customer service, and I would not recommend this company.
The loo is still here!

Very difficult to deal with, drivers unhelpful, rarely service / empty and leave toilets on site over 2.5 weeks after off hiring without servicing and leaving unpleasant smell in the hot weather- avoid this company. Lots of hidden extras, charge 7 days from off hire, a fee for a specific collection / drop off time / date

Absolutely shocking service from Euroloo. They never turned up to service the toilet as agreed, and every time I contacted them I was told someone would call me back. Nobody ever did.
After chasing them repeatedly and getting nowhere, I ended up cancelling the service altogether. I then had to contact them again just to arrange for the toilet to be collected, and in the end I had to go elsewhere to get a reliable service.
The whole experience was an absolute shitshow from start to finish. Poor communication, broken promises, and terrible customer service. I wouldn’t recommend Euroloo to anyone.

It was the worst service ever had the toilet for 7 weeks and only once it was cleaned out the sink that came from it with the very hot weather off hired it and it’s just been left there and the smell is getting worse never ever again

Zero stars – extremely poor service.
If I could give 0 stars, I would.
We are a building contractor and have used this company on other sites before, but this time they completely let us down.
We repeatedly called and emailed them to clean the portable toilet, but they kept missing appointments or telling us that someone had been booked, only for nobody to turn up. The toilet was left in a terrible condition, started smelling badly, and our neighbours began complaining.
Because of their poor service, we had no choice but to cancel the contract and hire a toilet from another provider.
To make matters worse, the toilet is still on site and they have still not collected it. They say it will take 7 working days to collect, which is completely unacceptable.
Very disappointing service. We will not be using this company again and would not recommend them to anyone

Very Disappointing. Toilets not collected after the event and customer service do not care.
I ordered 2 toilets for an event on a Saturday. It was a rented venue many miles from my home. They only deliver/collect on weekdays so the booking was for Friday delivery, Monday collection. Booked and paid months in advance.
The units were not collected on the Monday as per the agreement. When the owners of the venue notified me, I called Euroloo to get them collected, Euroloos quoted they have 7 days to collect, No guarantees. Customer service said there was nothing they could do. This has caused no end of problems as the venue had new guests who do not want toilets on the site. Customer service do not care about the situation and suggested I move them myself and just let them know the new location for collection. Not sure how they expect me to move 2 used portaloos, miles from my home. It is now 8 days later and still no collection. They suggest it will be another 2 days. A new event is gearing up at the venue, the venue owners and I have all contacted to express the urgency of collection but they will not help. Incredibly poor service.

I rented the loo and was assured that it would be serviced weekly. After 3 weeks and 2 phone calls to customer service it was not service at all and became distinctly unpleasant. In my first interaction with customer service I was told that the contract was for the hire and the servicing was complimentary. After clarifying that 'complimentary servicing' was still contractual the customer service agent showed no empathy at all, was very off-hand and simply excused the lack of service as 'this is a very busy time of year'. My second call was never returned even though I stressed it was urgent. I would NEVER hire for Euroloo again.
