I’m only giving it 4 because I’ve not painted it yet it took a while to come but I was happy when it arrived I will update when I’ve painted it also I’ve just ordered 2 more kits

Purchased as gifts and kits are not individually packaged- now what? For the price I expected more and delivery was slow.

The delivery was fine for me, but my issue is with the quality of the product. The paint doesn't cover the numbers, so this is going to look really bad when it's done. I'll do it because the process is fun, but I won't have a piece of art to hang up on the wall afterwards.

I ordered paintings for gifts and it said it will arrive within 5-7 days, it’s been over 2 months and I have been chasing them for a refund with no luck yet!!! Very frustrating and poor experience- they seem to be scammers!

NO DELIVERY !!!

These people are fraudsters. I ordered before 03 Sept it's now 29 Sept - still nothing has arrived, yet they're claiming it's been delivered.

They are refusing to accept my cancellation and request for a refund. Instead sending a useless email link asking me to fill in a 'customer service satisfaction survey'.

I'm now reporting this company to the relevant authorities.

PLEASE do NOT buy from this company because they are fraudsters!!!!

I ordered 4 kits; i oniy received 3. No explanation.

My order was correct, however my only complaint is that it was my first time ordering and I didn’t realize I ordered prints with no frame at all…by the photos on the website I had a hard time figuring out what the difference was, the framed ones looked like they had a better frame for hanging maybe, so I wasn’t expecting to just get plain canvas with no hard frame.

The package took almost 2 weeks to arrive. I thought it was going to be an actual canvas. I was missing a paint color.
It’s almost impossible to paint in the lines for a lot of the numbers.
Overall, not pleased with my purchase.

My partner and I enjoyed this kit! It was a very relaxing experience and made our night in special. The instructions are easy to understand and the paints / canvas are well made. I am excited to get more products from them

0 stars !!! Never received my order. It clearly stated it was delivered, but I didn’t receive anything. Will not order again.

Same as others…expected a canvas not a rolled up project. And numbers are hard to see…

The painting displayed looked nothing like my final project.
1. When ordering make sure you use the slide option to order the canvas with the frame. I wish it was more obvious when ordering. Otherwise you will need to order a frame on Amazon to stretch your canvas before painting. If you don't do this it will buckle.
2. The lighter colors don't cover the lines or numbers and require several coats. Perhaps they should make those areas a light blue, pink, yellow etc instead of having a number and use a key or make the paint more opaque.
3. They provide 3 brushes but most of this painting required fine detail so it would be more beneficial to have 3 of the smallest brushes since they aren't great quality brushes.
4. The paints came with serial numbers on them snd they provide stickers for 1,2,3 etc which I had to apply using the key to see which paint was what number. Why can't they apply the stickers?
5, Some of the colors are much darker than the sample particularly the drapes, doors, and water. I don't understand why purple was one of the water colors. I repainted that section with cerulean blue which lightened up my painting.
6. The guide is smaller than the painting and the print is so light it was difficult to read. I had to use a cell phone and zoom in.
7. The ridged paint containers are very difficult to open and hurt your fingers.
8. It took a while to receive my order after I placed it.
I will not order from this company again. I've used 2 other paint by number companies that had a much better product.

Delivery was pretty slow. Some of the lighter colours still show the numbers through. However, i thoroughly enjoyed painting it and the outcome is very effective and i love it

I ordered four sets to give as gifts. I got two packages with two sets per package. The canvases were rolled up together in a container so now I can’t give four individual gifts. I’m not sure why they packaged two sets together instead of sending four separately packaged sets.

The sets look really nice, and all pieces were provided.

When finally receiving an order for two paintings to give as gifts I was dismayed to find no directions, no anything included. I also was dismayed to find it was only the canvas rolled up - it was not on a "stretcher bar or stretcher frame". When ordering it asks if you want it framed - the assumption was that they were referring to an actual frame for the finished product. When contacting them they were very polite but there is zero help in rectifying the issue. They're help was for me to donate and reorder. As for the missing information while I waited to hear back from them I went ahead and went on their site and printed everything I could find to include with each gift painting and packaged them up. When they finally responded they wanted to see a photo of exactly what came. At that point I was thoroughly disgusted and did not feel I should have to unwrap everything I had put together to prove to them that they did not send the information that should have been included. They don't make it easy - good customer service would have promptly just sent out the expedited information with an apology and maybe more. While they have a great assortment of paintings to choose from - the service is disappointing as is what you receive. Too bad really - I could've, would've ordered many more but they lost my business through the experience. Lesson learned.

Bought a few sets from here and they’ve all been great, they are quite intricate so take a while to paint but it’s a great hobby and they look amazing framed once painted

Not impressed. Supposed to have been delivered within a week of my order for a present for my partner's birthday, but it took more than 3 weeks. When it finally arrived the paint pots had burst and opened inside the bags!
Having then contacted the company I've been asked the same question 3 times and to provide evidence on all 3 occasions.
It's now been over a month and I still don't have the present I bought and I'm still jumping through hoops with the company on email trying to get a replacement.
Certainly won't be coming back to this business again

Disappointed in what I received. It is cheap and I could have gotten a better deal at a hobby store. The company was responsive, but it isn't worth the return. Wonder if that is what they are hoping. Don't waste your money.
