The watch unfortunately arrived damaged, which was disappointing, and I also had to go out of my way to visit a shop to have the links removed. While this was inconvenient, I appreciated that the cost was reimbursed.

The customer service throughout was exceptionally excellent. The team handled the situation professionally, communicated well, and made a genuine effort to resolve the issue. They had very fast responses as well. Despite the initial inconvenience, I’m happy with how everything was handled and would be happy to purchase from them again.

Do not buy the Polycarbon line. The polycarbonate case structurally sheared and snapped off at the lug under normal wear after just over a year.

Worse, D1 Milano refuses to honor the 2-year manufacturer warranty. I opened Case #91526, and an agent named Luca explicitly stated in writing that they do not cover warranty claims if the watch was bought on Farfetch—even though the order was fulfilled and shipped directly from D1 Milano's own facility!

When I pointed out that their Farfetch listings explicitly guarantee the 2-year brand warranty, they completely ghosted me and haven't responded since September 14. Terrible customer service and low-quality materials that don't last. Stay away unless you want an unfixable, broken watch after a year.

I worked with a customer service agent named Rod, and he truly went above and beyond to resolve the issue I reported. His professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to making things right really stood out.

I’m extremely satisfied with both the customer service experience and the product itself. The quality of this watch is noticeably higher than many of the knockoff versions out there. If you’re considering purchasing one, I would absolutely recommend going with the original rather than settling for a cheaper imitation.

Great product, excellent customer service, and a company that clearly stands behind what it sells. Rod deserves a special shout-out for making the entire experience exceptional.

The order arrived quickly, but the product itself felt cheap and poor quality compared to its price. Because of this, I decided to return it, and according to the tracking details, the package was delivered to their warehouse on August 7.
​Since then, I have received zero updates, customer support has not responded, and I still have not received my refund, even though the legal 14-day period has long passed.

I've owned my Ultra-Thin watch for almost 2 years now and it's been fantastic! Worn it basically everyday.

Unforunatley the other day one of the small screws that held the braclet to the watch face came loose and went missing.

Talking to their customer serivice they shipped me a set of replacement screws free of charge and they arrived within the week.

Brand divertente, senza troppe pretese, ma con stile.
Mi sono regalato, qualche anno fa, il loro policarbon, che tuttora adoro.
Le lancette hanno perso la fluorescenza, rendendolo invisibile non appena cala il sole.
Ho dunque, diligentemente, portato l'orologio nel flagship store per chiederne la riparazione.
Dopo un mese e mezzo di silenzio assoluto, e dopo aver insistito con la richiesta di informazioni, mi è stato prima detto che le lancette non erano mai state fluorescenti (bizzarro ma vero...) e poi che non erano in grado di effettuare la riparazione per assenza di pezzi.
Per il vero mi hanno proposto di sostituire le lancette con quelle di un orologio diverso ...
Ora, capisco tutto, ma finire i pezzi di ricambio e tenersi l'orologio per un mese e mezzo è veramente poco professionale.
Morale: usatelo fin che va ... e non sperate nel customer care. Bocciato

Edit.: sono stato prontamente contattato dal servizio clienti che mi ha dato prova dell’interesse nel risolvere l’inconveniente in maniera fattiva. Non è tanto la proposta in sè quanto il garbo e l’attenzione posta personalmente dal personale del flagship store che mi hanno portato ad accettare, dopo averla cortesemente declinata, la proposta ricevuta. L’azienda ha dato prova concreta e sincera attenzione verso il cliente. Che sia di buon auspicio per il futuro!

I bought D1 Milano polycarbon watch ,green color through farfetch and i had a problem with the watch.
The strap edges turned to black and i made a complaint thru farfetch and direct to D1 Milano website .
This company immediately sent a full replacement although i had disposed the original box .
The way this company deal with complaints was professional
I'm very happy to deal.with the customer service officer and i will keep buying their watch.
I hope this brand will get more and more business in the near future.

I bought a women's white ceramic watch on 6/29/26. The bracelet of the watch broke when it accidentally hit a tiled floor. I contacted D1Milano. I requested replacement of the bracelet portion of the watch to be sent to me indicating I would pay for the replacement and postage. I sent them a picture of the damaged watch as they requested. There have been these weird A1 responses with apologies but I get no where. The last A1 response was very confusing: one one email it was something about a $75 refund and then once I complete "order" then they can proceed with no instructions about where I find this "order".
This is the 3rd watch I have purchased over the past 2 years from DiMilano.I love the watches but the customer service is fraudulent. The have no intention of helping.

D1 Milano took great care of me in the process of repairing my merchandise they helped me find the right and perfect product to match my merchandise and order it in a convenient way. They also shipped me out the extra tools needed for the product to be repaired for free and it was done in timely fashion. Thanks D1 Milano

Don't buy from D1 Milano.

They sent me a defective watch two months ago, and after I returned it under warranty, they ghosted me.

This is the first time this has ever happened to me in the world of watches, and on Friday I'm going to the bank to see if they can get me a chargeback.

And if they can't, no big deal. What matters most to me right now is warning as many watch enthusiasts as possible not to make the same mistake with this shameful brand.

I ordered a watch and when it arrived did not tick. I let customer service know - they have been slow to respond. They wanted to pick the watch up and have it repaired and sent back to me - which seems like a bit of overkill for a $195 watch. I've asked for a new one or to return/refund but no answer back yet.

The delivery was incredibly fast and simple. The package was cool and modern. The watch itself is causing allergic reactions and discomfort and since I’m not allergic to any other polycarbonate or stainless steel watches or products in general, I’m finding this intriguing. The design is class, though.

Zegarki ładne ale przy pierwszym uszkodzeniu mechanicznym firma umywa ręce odsyła mnie do innego państwa do pawiloniku w galerii abym zgłosił uszkodzenie.... Co to jest !?!?!!? Brak telefonu, brak maila brak niczego mimo że jest to oficjalny punkt sklepu z oficjalnymi produktami.
