I purchased a Humidx from cpap.com…
I purchased a Humidx from cpap.com excited to give it a try. You get free shipping for orders over $50, but since I was just wanted to try the product I purchased the smallest quantity and spent $37. I receive the product and find out there's a connector I need to purchase to install the Humidx. They don't say anything on the page where you're only buying the Humidx item about needing a connector to use the Humidx. You have to look at other pages to find that out. They don't reference the other pages. If I knew, I would've purchased the connector for $15. Then I would've been over the $50 for free shipping. But now I have to order the connector and will end up paying for shipping two times. Very bad practice on cpap.com's part. Used to buy all my supplies from them. Now, I'm going to find another site to buy from someone else instead.
$99 Home test--Deceptive Practices
I purchased CPAP.com’s $99 Wesper home sleep test specifically because the product was advertised as a multi-night test, with instructions indicating testing over 2–3 nights and physician review of the collected data. I completed two nights and returned the device.
Afterward, I was told that the $99 purchase only included physician interpretation of one night, and that reviewing the second night would cost an additional $25. I asked multiple times where this additional fee and one-night limitation were disclosed before purchase. I was initially told it was in the “standard terms and conditions,” but when I asked for the exact language or location, no one was able to provide it.
Instead, I was given explanations about why physicians charge for additional interpretations. I understand that physician time has value, but that is not the issue. The issue is whether the additional charge was clearly disclosed before purchase—especially when the product is marketed as a multi-night test.
CPAP.com’s customer service stated they would escalate my issue to a supervisor, and I was told to wait. 4 days later, I am still waiting.
The sleep test itself was easy to use, but the pricing and interpretation policy has been unnecessarily confusing and, so far, poorly disclosed.
Was a joke from thin I placed my order
Was a joke from thin I placed my order. Had to fight to get price changed for the price guarantee. Hopefully it’s done now but I have zero faith. Tried to change shipping time right after order placed and they couldn’t do it but assured me it was FedEx so should be good. Two hours later I’m notified it’s usps. Tried to cancel but cannot cancel as they don’t have the ability.
Lied to, ignored, asked same question 4 times to get an answer, don’t honor price guarantee against competitors even those website says they do. Told to call back next day.
Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else.
Customer service is entirely AI chat
Customer service is almost entirely AI chat bots. I provided my doctor's contact information to confirm my order, and got an email stating they had the information and were going to "send out that request immediately," but apparently they never reached out to my doctor, and continue emailing me and asking for my prescription.
I responded multiple times telling them they already had this information, and the bot responded with "I know how frustrating it is..." and then asked for the info again.
I am not going to upload my medical record to an online service, especially one that uses generative AI. They claim that they will call and contact your doctor to verify prescriptions, but apparently they don't actually do that.
Ordered my product more than a week ago…
Ordered my product more than a week ago and I'm still waiting for item to be shipped. Customer support is horrible. They keep replying the same thing.
Not truthful about shipping
They don't tell the truth about shipping. They sent notice the item was shipped but actually they only printed a label and did not actually ship for three more days.
I purchased a Transcend Mini CPAP
I purchased a Transcend Mini CPAP. When it arrived was having issues sleeping with it I emailed CPAP.com and they gave me tips to use a mask and suggested masks that were proven to work with it. I purchased a new mask and it still didn't work properly I ran a report it showed the pressure was set to 4 my Rx called for 8. CPAP.com sent me information on software to change the pressure it's password protected. I can't change it and they are not offering to exchange it or fix the problem. Do not buy anything from this company they are unresponsive and incompetent.
Terrible customer service and endless delays!!!
Terrible customer service and endless delays!!!
placed an order for a CPAP device on August 11th. The very next day, a USPS shipping label was created, but the tracking status remained "waiting for the item" because it never actually left Cpap.com's warehouse.
When I contacted customer support, I was told it would ship today at 4:00 PM. The next day - nothing shipped. I contacted them again, and they promised it would go out by 11:00 AM. Again, nothing. This exact cycle repeated itself for two whole weeks of daily excuses.
Eventually, they told me the package was probably lost and created a brand new shipment. Unfortunately, the exact same nightmare started all over again—every single day I was told the package was about to ship, and nothing ever left.
Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I expected much better service, especially for medical equipment.
I received one cpap and had two charged…
I received one cpap and had two charged to my card. When I called to get the charges reversed, this is their common practice. They submit the payment at the time of the order and again when it ships. They then tell you it will be refunded within 5-7 business days. Why make the duplicate charge in the first place? I will never order from them again.
Charged me for NJ sales tax of $53 when…
Charged me for NJ sales tax of $53 when NJ does not tax medical devices and refuses to refund me
They scammed me at shipping
They scammed me at shipping. They greedy by adding extra bogus charges and making me pay for it. I didn't find out until I got the bill.
No customer service at all.
Returning brand new (unsued) CPAP
I mistakenly recycled my CPAP box and have not yet plugged in my CPAP. I was going to return it for a refund as a friend was going to let me borrow theirs. I was told I could not get a refund without the box. Because of a $1 box, I'm missing out on a $700 refund. Poor display by CPAP.com. I'll never go back to them.
Sleazy business practices- Watch out!
Sleazy business practices- choose other vendors
cpap.com lost a customer today
cpap.com lost a customer today. I called to return a product that was not working for me in February. Was told I needed an adapter. The adapter did not work. Should have returned the entire kit then and there. After trying different masks and adapters, I am now left with $1000 of product under my desk that I cannot use, due in part to the misdirection of cpap.com's tech support. I will leave this review everywhere I can.
I have canceled all my CPAP.com subscriptions
I have canceled all my CPAP.com subscriptions and will obtain my CPAP supplies elsewhere as they are a warehouse ‘pass through’ and no longer a sleep health service care provider. Case and point; my Resmed Airfit A30 mask cushion subscription was reported “out of stock” and would be delayed. After contacting CPAP.com customer service, I was assured that “everything was being done” to fulfill my subscription. On my own, I discover that Resmed announced a year ago (Summer 2025) that the A30 mask, and associated support, would cease in December 2025. CPAP.com ‘Customer Service’ is/was clearly not aware of this development. My A30 mask cushion subscription will NEVER be fulfilled and they are content to send automated “out of stock” responses indefinitely. A responsible “sleep health” company would have known of the A30 mask retirement (or discovered it after my inquiry) and the F40 replacement. They should have reached out a year ago and offered to transition A30 customers to the F40, with special offers to re-outfit with the new frames, cushions and head gear; thus ensuring continued subscription sales. Since actual sleep health is no longer the focus of CPAP.com, I will obtain my supplies through another warehouse supply company.
Scam!
Did lots of research to make sure this company was not a scam. So I ordered the sleep test machine and used it. Emailed in the results they acknowledged that they received them. Their return email stated that a doctor would be getting in touch with me to discuss the results.
That never happened!
Then I keep getting emails they’re trying to tell me to order from them. I get an email today that states “it was great to talk to you today Brad”.
I never spoke with anyone. I never have because I keep contacting them and telling them their website won’t show me my results or my prescription and yet… Amazingly enough… It lets me click on the ordering part and buy stuff from them.!
AI says cpap.com it’s not a scam but all of my interaction with them tells me it definitely is!
Ordered supplies
Ordered supplies, kept getting letters from them that insurance company needed more documentation. After calling the found out order was sitting in warehouse waiting on tracking number. They are liars.
Okay but needs improvement
I ordered the AirSense 11 to replace my old CPAP. The machine seems okay so far, but I did have two problems with my whole experience:
1. The hose: a standard hose (i.e. non-heated) is provided but I experienced trouble with 'rain out'. So I ordered the heated hose which has greatly improved things. I think it should come standard with the heated hose, not sure why they offer it without.
2. Medical insurance claim - CPAP.com provides an insurance form on their website which is helpful but then would not help me fill it out or sign it as the 'supplier' as required per the form. My Dr's office was no help either.
Magically no prescription needed
I was unable to locate my prescription for the CPAP mask and requested a refund. I was not willing to pay the $30 they wanted to have their physician order it. They never sent the refund, and instead, magically sent the order WITHOUT THE PRESCRIPTION. I had already ordered from another site, and now I'm out of the extra money.

I called just to ask questions and it’s false advertisement. The 60 day guarantee is not 100% full refund on an open package or sealed because you have to pay shipping. I would never buy from her nor would I recommend this place.
