Sämsta bilvårdsprodukterna på marknaden. Köpte deras snow foam schampoo och flaskan läcker trots att jag inte ens öppnat den. Torkduken suger knappt upp något vatten efter andra draget och deras avfettningsflaska läcker även den. Det kommer lika mycket avfettning under triggern som ur den och när jag påpekat detta så fick jag ingen återkoppling. Kommer aldrig köpa deras produkter igen.

I would give NO STAR FOR THESE SCAM ARTIST so called chemical guys. Terrible customer service. Recently bought items on sale and went on sale again amd still on sale for cheaper price, and i havent even recieved my product yet, was inquiring about the price difference. Their answer eas flat out “sorry we cant help you on the price difference on promotional prices” amd if you return the item as i mentioned to them, they said they have a policy of 15% restocking fee. They called that 30 day easy return. Lol!! What a joke these guys are and im sure their product matches their customer service policy, TERRIBLE!!

The window cleaner leave streaks. Can not return without paying a restocking fee and if it’s been opened. How would you know if it works? If you haven’t tried it we placed a call to the company and they were absolutely no help would not recommend their products or their business.

I purchased some Tyrelogic tyre shine !
This sheen has no shine does not enhance your tyres! Total total waste of my hard earned money!!
Chemical guys you need to try your products frankly this product is crap

Terrible product stability and even worse customer service.
I bought a 1-gallon bottle of Chemical Guys Butter Wet Wax, used a small amount once, and the remainder has separated with what seems to be unusable clumps at the bottom of the container.
Shaking or stirring does absolutely nothing to fix it.
The product failure is bad enough, but the customer support was unhelpful.
I exchanged several emails with a representatives named Otto & Gabriela & also their AI Customer Service Agent, who refused to offer any actual solutions. Instead, I was hit with an automated checklist of 15 tedious questions that I was forced to answer several times, before a "Product Specialist" would even look at my case.
They demanded irrelevant details like my full surface prep routine, the exact weather and outside temperature during application, and whether I did a test spot—none of which matters because the product spoiled inside the container before I could even use it again!
It feels like a deliberate stalling tactic to avoid replacing a defective product. I just wanted to know how to fix the clumped wax, but instead, I got buried in unhelpful bureaucracy. Avoid buying their bulk sizes.

Bought several items, one item was not in the box. It happens, no big deal. However I soon learned all customer service touch points are AI, and the email AI just sends you to a chat AI, which freezes up and you can't submit the form to enter a claim. It's a frustrating loop that doesn't get anywhere, all for a $10 bottle of all purpose cleaner. Will not waste my time with this bozo company again.

Would have gave zero stars. Bought water
spot removal gel. Stained my white car orange. They are a scam company that only cares about money/not customers. Refused to refund. Best advise.... Run as fast as you can from this company

When you see this brand, RUN. They sell garbage that smells good and claim it works on your vehicle while they claim a '30 day warranty'.

I bought a Pina Colada air freshener but this is absolutely useless! The scent disappears one minute after use!

This company has become extremely difficult to deal with. Two orders in a row there was something to return. Both times, the company required photos, I had to pay for return shipping and there was a major inquiry as to why the item was being returned. I explained the items were still in the factory box, sealed, and I was told I would assessed a 15% restocking fee and return shipping. I will never buy another thing from them. I will take my business elsewhere.

Destroyed my cloth seats using their brush and cloth seat cleaner.. following direct step by step instructions. Took them a month to respond and their response was to gaslight me. Their customer service team is cheeks. I’m beside myself. Sad this was the first experience with this company after switching from my normal product line, Adam’s, which I’ve used for years

False advertisement, the spray foam gun barley works

I got sick after using their products. Just read their labels. I strongly do not recommend them.

I ordered a buffing kit, Waxes towels and other stuff from chemical guys. After a week they canceled my order for no reason. They charged my card. After many many calls they now are re sending it. Another week has gone by and now still nothing the box they shipped never made it and is now going back to chemical guys. This has been the worst company to buy anything through. Customer service Sucks. has been Horrible. I asked to speak to a Manager and they told me their isn't any. But they still have my money on credit card which I am now going to dispute.

Tried to place an order and instantly canceled. I reached out to them and they told me that they wouldn't deal with a customer out of country. Even though I live just North of US border and have my stuff delivered state side.
So then I tried to order with my US address and CC, and again they said they couldn't help!
Avoid this company, not helpful.

If I could give zero stars I would. They got my incorrect ship to address, tried multiple times to get them to correct it. The item still has NOT shipped. They say it's impossible to change the address even though it has not shipped. I also can't cancel the order. Frustrating. They just took my money......

They have some good products but after the sale they don't care about making it right when you have an issue. You can't have the sales side of a business and be failing at the support side. Some other products like their microfiber towels are substandard. The quality has fallen through the floor and they won't make it right if you have a problem. I used to work for office Depot many years ago in the president taught me the customer is everything without them nothing else should matter! This is probably why they have such a low trust pilot rating. I am phasing out their product line as I probably spend about $500 a year ceramic related car products. I am moving on to ethos, Griots Garage and Adam's polishes. They have a entitlement attitude that the customer is nothing more than an annoyance. Ultimately I'm done dealing with these heartless assclowns.

I will never again buy your product ever! My brand new 2025 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD is currently at the dealership getting relays and sensors replaced because you’re crappy chemicals got in there and destroyed them and it is now costing me over $1000 because the warranty will not repair these things! All I simply did was spray your crappy product on a rag and wiped my dashboard and steering column and it’s seeped in and did a lot of damage! You claim that your stuff is safe for new vehicles well, it absolutely isn’t and I’ll never spend a dime on that crap! I’m so mad and now I’m out $1000 when I used to swear by your product. Bar is probably gonna cost over 1000. That’s just in the parts. I don’t even know what the labor is gonna be yet and they will not cover it under warranty because it’s technically my fault. It’s actually your fault because your chemical stuff sucks. I recommend everybody out there. Don’t buy it. Don’t use this junk or you’ll really be paying for it later. if I could leave zero stars, I would.

Had an issue with shipping. Rather than just sending out a new order, jumped through several hoops to prove that it was not delivered although on their end they also saw that it wasn’t delivered but still had to fill out some forms. Forms got denied and had to deal with that even though again THEY SAW IT ON THEIR END. Getting that situated also took like a week. Would never order straight from them again. Awful customer service.

Why is it so hard to get a refund for a return item. Chemical guys need better customer service !
