Ginny was particularly helpful in the later stages, keeping me updated and proactively following up on outstanding matters. As the sale process took longer than expected, I especially appreciated Ginny’s efforts in coordinating between the lawyers, buyer and managing agents and helping to keep everything moving towards a quick exchange and completion. She helpfully arranged the furniture removal, which made the final stages of the sale much easier. Mohammed Uddin and Katy Fu from Chase Evans Relator are incompetent, dishonest scoundrels. We left our apartment spotless, yet they repeatedly refused our requests for an in-person inspection—solely to fabricate excuses to rob us. Withholding over £600 for fake "cleaning" is pathetic, extortionate, and utterly fraudulent. Never deal with these slimy impostors for anything. Legal action is already underway, and we will not stop until we strip back every single pound these miserable thieves stole from us.
