I went to one of the newer stores in Buckeye az and got a few things and everything was very clean and organized and the manager and all the other employees where very helpful I am definitely going back to shop there

I have been a loyal Buckle customer for many years, and I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of quality control. I routinely purchase multiple pairs of the exact same jeans—same brand, same style, same waist size, and same inseam—because when I find a pair I like, I buy extras.

My most recent order contained three pairs of identical jeans. Shockingly, only one pair actually fit. The other two were so undersized they felt like they were two to three sizes smaller, despite being labeled with the exact same size.

How is this possible? If Buckle had any meaningful quality control process in place, these major sizing discrepancies would have been caught before the jeans were shipped. It's unacceptable to charge premium prices while allowing such inconsistent manufacturing to reach your customers.

After years of loyalty, it's incredibly frustrating to receive products I can't even wear. Customers should be able to trust that if they order three identical pairs of jeans, all three will fit the same. Until Buckle addresses its quality control issues, I'll have to reconsider whether it's worth continuing to shop here.

The seams have come undone between the legs after the first time wearing my bke shorts. I tried to take them back.They would not take them back at the store in gurnee Mills. They had only been worn once and all the stitching came undone. I bought a new pair wore them once they were not tight and same thing happend with this different style. I went back they said aorry. Paid 60 bucks a pair . This should not happen and they do not honor their warranty they once had. Sad its a nice product because of the style but complete junk. The jeans have ripped on me from my toe going through the knee putting them on.

Isaiah saved me about 120 bucks I was about to buy a pair of rocks that were 194$ he brought me over to the buckle black table tried on the pair of jeans he recommended and walked out with them and his cologne ball knowledge is top tier he’s recommended me 2 colognes ended up buying both. Amazing guy

Was about to drop $200+ but had to use the bathroom. They had clearly marked restrooms just beyond a door that looked public. I asked if I could use the restroom. I was told “sorry boss man there’s merchandise back there that hasn’t been tagged yet”.

Snooty ass place - keep your expensive shit and your bad attitudes. Muncie Indiana can’t support the place anyway. Today - you lost

I’m leaving two reviews: the five star review is for the service I consistently receive from in store Buckle staff. Always helpful and always a very pleasant experience regardless of location!

Next one star review is for the delivery company (FedEx) that Buckle uses for online orders.

I had requested to exchange a pair of $200 jeans for a smaller size and I was denied because it was a few days outside of the return window. I looked on their website and the item is still the same price as I purchased it. I was merely asking to exchange it for a different size. I would completely understand if this was a no longer stocked item, if it was on sale or clearance, or I was returning it completely. Changing it for a different size however when it’s brand new and the tags are still on it for a different size seems very plausible to me IF THEY WANTED TO PROVIDE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Sadly, customer service does not appear to be a priority to the buckle and I would not recommend them

I received a bottle of guess parfume and after a few times using it the straw inside the bottle came detached from the spray button. I emailed customer service and after sending them a couple pics of the bottle they sent me a return label to mail parfume back and sent me a new bottle. Very helpful and I m so happy w the customer service I recieved!

The employees there are the best ever! Whenever I go in there they are so helpful in finding me what I need. They go up and beyond. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Best buckle store ever!

I have noticed few times over the last year that they didn't refund me at all, so this time I decided to chase my refund and make sure I'm refunded for returned item they received on January 10th. Today it's February 8th and they still haven't refunded me. They keep giving me excuses how refunds are processed based on how many returns they received, how it will take up to 10 days, how your bank will take up to 3 days, etc. It seems they give you a lot of lies. They used to be good, but based on their decision to not process refunds anymore, I wouldn't shop with them.

Terrible customer service. Been waiting on the phone for half hour to get information on a return they received over a week ago and I still do not have my refund.

Bought a BomberJacket about 3 years ago at the Buckle, paid a pretty penny for it, looked and fit nice, after first year noticed the leather peeling. Thought it odd but, the Jacket continued to deteriorate. Reached to company and they indicated nothing they could do, been to long since purchase. I am at a point know I can't even ware it as the pieces of the "so called leather" fall off. The Buckle employees are no help and I have a worthless coat. I would not even donate this. It is disappointing that a company with there price line would sell something that will not last. I can never recommend th Buckle.

I have tried calling several times and get hung up on! When I do get a representative, they can’t speak English. I’m trying to get the correct order they sent me the wrong stuff for a Christmas gift! Never again!

Thieves, the bankers when you pay in full do not disclose the late fee on phone. So you pay. No need to babysit. Why not give me the oppurtunity . Why not say my bill is past due. So it hits next month. Gaslighting Sob s say because it does not comeout till next month. Banking Bs. It was due 6 days and could have been paid. Gaslighting. So a paid in full bill now 75USD. Im done with this company. Get a better financer. I pay my bills in full to prevent crap like this.
As I research buckle it seems their business is collspsing. They are narrowing margins and every greedy squeeze to attempt to show profitability to its holders. It is a weak investment. Their brick and mortar stores are failing. They are fsiling at winning online. They hsve max prices. Their supply chain is unstable. Tariffs hurt them with yheir already premium pfice.The market is volatile. Their profit and theft have their inevitable consequences.

Buying online is always risky. Returning at the Buckle is a joke. They want 7-10 days to process your return after they receive it as if they only have one person working in their return section. I had to bug them to get my return processed after spending the $6.95 to return it. Never again, if I can't trust the return process; I can't order from them.

Wow! I had such a great experience with The Buckle (Leawood, KS) the last 3 times I have visited. The first was with my son where we purchased some t-shirts that he wanted for school. Amazing experience. The last couple of times I was in was to exchange a pair of jeans which was so easy. While I was there, I was looking for some jeans for my husband. The manager that helped me was so great! I ended up purchasing 3 pairs of jeans. The guidance was appreciated. I will go there from now on to purchase any jeans. They were helpful, polite, energetic. I can't say enough great things. When I had to order online my purchase came quickly. I couldn't be happier!

Clothes are very stylish, however every time I step foot into this place I get harassed by the employees! I just want to browse around and see if I come across anything I like, but they come up trying to sell me something! Even when I say I’m just wanting to look around, they make me feel pressured. It’s so bad that I just end up walking out.

When i walked in to the buckle store i was greeted at the door and periodically a worker would make sure I didn’t need help finding anything

I shop here frequently. I love the jeans and capris and they even hem them in house for no extra cost. the jeans are a little pricey but they last a long time. love Miss Me jeans and Rock Jeans

I got my pants hemmed here because I wanted capris and they didn't have any. They told me their seamstress went to college, if that's the case she should ask for her money back because she did a horrible job. The stitching was loose, the stitching wasn't even straight and she made them way longer than what the pants were pinned at. I will never get my pants hemmed here again.
