I recently made a Rolex watch purchase from this store and had an issue with the box. I would like to thank Ewa from the management team for her professionalism and kindness. She took the time to listen to my concerns and handled the situation in a very helpful and respectful way.

I truly appreciate the effort she made to resolve the issue and improve my experience. Excellent customer service and a great example of how management can make a positive difference.

This company is NOTHING BUT A SCAM i ordered and paid for 2watches waited for over 3 weeks. Then hand an email from them Sunday saying order delivered what a load ot BS because FedEx does not deliver on a Sunday I received NOTHING at all i have sent numerous emails asking for proof of delivery and as usual not one reply. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

Went into the Covent Garden store today to ask them to adjust my strap on my Explorer 2 - just immaculate service , couldn't be more helpful on a very busy Saturday - I didn't catch the ladies name who helped me , but she was so helpful and a great ambassador for the brand - thanks

I registered for my first rolex piece back in 2020. It was a black submariner date. I never had any correspondence so I popped in late 2025 to see what was happening. I was told by the manager that my registration had been lost due to a member of staff leaving for the selfridges store. I didn't quite understand. I was then told by the manager aida that I would recieve my piece within 3 to 6 months. So was due in June at the latest. Because they didn't follow through with their promise I popped back into store and asked what is going on. They told me that aida (manager) was on maternity leave and they had no record of their proposal. The reason I am unhappy is because I have a friend who has received 3 rolex pieces and I am still waiting for my first. If you look at my previous reviews I have never sent a bad one. I just don't like being lied to.
I advise you to use a different shop for rolex unless you have some type of connection with one of the staff wink wink. May I add when i spoke to the new manager (anna falco) who was very nice. She told me it was no waiting list. It was a reward list. Eg if there is one person who has waited 3 years for a gmt and another person who has waited 18 months but the person who has waited 18 months has spent 10k on diamonds. The person who has waited 18 months will receive their gmt first because its a REWARD list not a WAITING list. It was explained to me in a restaurant manor.
If someone has booked a table who has never visited the restaurant and then a regular client calls for a table but the restaurant is full. The manager of bucherer thinks that the first timer should be cancelled for the regular client. Well I totally disagree. This is why I have never received my first rolex because I have never bought diamonds like the restaurant client who has never visited the restaurant before.
If it is based on creating a relationship please tell me how I would do this because obviously I am doing something wrong. 0 watches in 6 years and my friend 3 watches in 5 years hmm.

For some unknown reason I thought the Bucherer store in Knightsbridge was part of the WOS Group who I have a very long standing relationship with - it actually isn't !!!

The gentleman I met - Jimy explained the situation to me - we had a laugh about it ( completely MY mistake !!!) and STILL resized my son's Rolex watch for him despite not purchasing from the store - he spent time with my son and the watch now sits PERFECTLY on his wrist.

As someone who owns and runs their own business I can assure Bucherer that this EXACTLY the level of service that will gain new clients in the future - Jimy you are a credit to your brand and an incredibly impressive young man !!!!

We visited the Covent Garden branch yesterday and cannot praise the excellent service we received from Lee Mi highly enough. It was a totally impromptu visit. We were in London to celebrate my husband’s birthday and simply had a bit of time on our hands.

As Lee made us feel so welcome and comfortable we spent a most enjoyable hour trying on different watches and enjoyed a glass of champagne to toast my husband. This chance visit made me fall in love with the Rolex Lady Datejust and I’ve registered my interest! Very refreshing to receive such friendly, professional and knowledgeable service in what could be perceived to be an intimidating environment for everyone who isn’t a Filmstar or multi millionaire ;-) Lee is clearly passionate about watches and gave us great advice including a spot on recommendation for the perfect watch for my husband. We will definitely buy a watch from this excellent store later on this year 🤞🏼

Ich hatte heute einen sehr netten Aufenthalt in der Rolex Boutique. Herr Jan Ullah hat mich gut beraten und mir verschiedene CPO- und Ausstellungsmodelle gezeigt, darunter Stahl-Sportmodelle und eine GMT-Master II in Vollgold. Das Gespräch war sehr angenehm, und für einen Lehrling bringt er schon einiges an Erfahrung und Kompetenz mit.
Zudem hatte ich einen guten Austausch mit Frau Cui Zimmermann über meine Wunschliste, bei der ich auch die Land-Dweller anprobieren durfte. Sie hat meine Fragen sehr professionell und mit solidem Fachwissen beantwortet.
Beide Verkaufsberater waren sehr freundlich und der Service hat einfach gestimmt. Die Uhren real anlegen zu können, hat eine schöne Note und hilft dabei, sich die zukünftige Sammlung besser vorzustellen. Ich freue mich, dass ich nun für meine zwei Favoriten auf der Liste stehe, und schaue gerne wieder vorbei, wenn die neue Yacht-Master II da ist.

Sehr enttäuscht von der Kundendienst-Erfahrung bei Bucherer bezüglich einer Rolex Datejust im Wert von über CHF 10’000, die noch bis 2026 unter der internationalen Rolex-Garantie steht.

Die Uhr weist bereits vor Ablauf der Garantie einen intermittierenden Stillstand sowie einen unregelmässigen Gang des Uhrwerks auf. Trotzdem wurde die Garantieleistung mit dem vagen Hinweis auf einen angeblichen „Verschleissgrad“ abgelehnt, ohne eine wirkliche technische und detaillierte Erklärung. Stattdessen wurde mir ein Kostenvoranschlag über CHF 647 vorgelegt.

Ich bin nicht nur im Bereich Uhren, sondern auch im Schmuckbereich Kunde von Bucherer und finde diese Situation für ein Unternehmen im Luxussegment und mit entsprechendem Serviceanspruch besonders enttäuschend.

Am bedauerlichsten bleibt jedoch das Ausbleiben einer klaren Antwort trotz mehrerer Kontaktaufnahmen an Bucherer und Rolex.

I had a really positive experience at Bucherer UK. The service felt professional from start to finish, but also very natural and welcoming rather than overly formal.

Marek looked after me during my visit and was genuinely excellent. He was patient, attentive, and clearly very knowledgeable about watches. He explained the details of the pieces I was interested in, answered my questions properly, and gave helpful advice without making me feel rushed or pressured.

What stood out to me most was his attitude. He seemed genuinely proud to work for Bucherer and really cared about giving a high level of service. That made the experience feel much more personal and trustworthy.

Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable visit, and Marek definitely made a great impression. I would be very happy to come back again.

Linda attended to me for the Servicing of my Rolex and other serviced. She is an excellent staff who likes to take care of her customers, she is truly an asset to Rolex and hereby recommended for the highest consideration ever.

Fantastic service from Rolex Selfridges, bought an Explorer 2 after a bad experience from another dealership, also dropped off my Submariner for service. The service from the team was exceptional ( especially Linda 👍 who went over and beyond to help me and my wife )

The first staff was Linda and were incredibly knowledgeable about the watches with her infectious laugh. and took the time to understand my preferences without making me feel rushed or pressured.

What impressed me most was her attention to detail and passion for the brand. She carefully explained the features, history, and craftsmanship behind each timepiece, making the entire experience both informative and enjoyable.

The level of service truly reflected the prestige of Rolex—elegant, attentive, and customer-focused. I left feeling valued and confident in my decision about the Land dweller steel in size 40mm. Came into store at Selfridges Bucherer and met with Linda, who was absolutely great to deal with. She was very patient, provided excellent customer service and made the whole experience seamless and comfortable. Any questions I had, she would explain in great detail and went above and beyond what most would expect. I would highly recommend Linda to anyone looking or thinking of purchasing at the store. Overall, great experience driven by her professional and dedicated customer service!
