Box Customer Support
Started with a box 2 gen 1 drive train to upgrade from a 3x7 to a 1x9. I installed the parts and rode the bike for a couple of months. While trying to adjust the derailleur, the shifter broke as did the b screw. I reached out to Box customer support, and much to my surprise they shipped me Box 2 gen 2 components and they didn't ask for the broken parts back. This is a significant upgrade to what I had originally purchased. I got the new components installed, and have been very happy with the results. Thank-you Box!

My only gripe is that the most…
My only gripe is that the most expensive component in my order was the wrong piece. I ordered the “Box One-E 9s Derailleur” but received the “Box One prime 9 derailleur” which differs not only visually, but structurally according to the information posted on the Box website detailing the differences. I would like to swap for the correct component but feel unsure how to achieve this with the additional fees of shipping back and forth from Canada to the USA

Take caution dealing with this company. They give blatant lies and misinformation and that is when they finally actually give you a response, which takes forever. My advice - go elsewhere!!

We’re sorry to hear that you remain dissatisfied with your experience. Our team has made multiple attempts by email and phone to assist you, explain the shipment, cancellation, and refund process, and provide updates as information became available.
Once a payment dispute was initiated, BOX accepted the chargeback without contesting it. As a result, the return of funds is now being handled through the payment provider and banking dispute process rather than as a separate BOX refund.
We have shared this information with you directly and have continued to assist where possible throughout the process. We’re sorry we were unable to reach a resolution that left you satisfied.

Box Four e bike
I use the Box Four component E-Bike on my CYC X1 Pro Gen 4 e-bike, and it handles the power and load so well that I decided to install the same setup on my second e-bike.
The drivetrain has been incredibly reliable and durable, even under demanding conditions.
The customer support team also deserves special praise. They have always responded to my questions quickly and professionally, and they consistently go the extra mile to help their customers.

I ordered the Box 3 V-Brake 108mm for my BMX bike. Wow, what a big difference from my previous Shimano brakes. The stopping power is awesome. The look is incredible. I will be purchasing some more for my other bikes.
