Excellent service. Used the Halifax facilities while having an extension built to hold usual 'shed' and garden objects. Storage as expected, site always clean, staff friendly. Whole process was explained and very clear. No issues and would use again if ever needed.

Office staff very helpful, and when moving everything into storage, I was able to access everything I needed as was well explained

As is so often the case, it is the staff that makes a place and Dennis is a star - taking all the time needed to fully explain the ins and outs of the facility and setting up the new account with practiced aplomb.

Good service all the way from reservation to storing goods. The staff very very respectful when I needed help following the tragic death of my wife. I would highly reccomend Big Padlock if any persons needed storage.

My unit rental starts in a couple of weeks but all the preliminary emails and communications have been very friendly, efficient and quick - very happy so far.

My partner and I have been storing items since September 2025 as part of moving house. From the off the experience with the team at Big Padlock - Wirral has been first rate. A really friendly team too. Most notably, when we required a larger unit, the team took the trouble to call us when on holiday in Malta so that we did not miss out given the heavy demand for larger units.
