Breytenbachs Immigration Consultants Anmeldelser

My British citizenship/passport journey turned out to be considerably more complicated and time-consuming than I ever expected. What started as a fairly straightforward enquiry ultimately involved a significant amount of additional documentation, historical research and correspondence with HM Passport Office.

Throughout the entire process, Breytenbachs Immigration Consultants (BIC) were exceptionally professional.

From the very beginning, Debbie Smuts and the team were helpful, approachable and, most importantly, kept me informed. Whenever additional information was required or there was a development in the application, I was kept updated and knew what was happening and what was required from me.

There were certainly moments during the process when I wasn't sure whether we would eventually reach the finish line. My application went through some fairly unusual and complicated stages, but Debbie remained persistent and continued working through the issues rather than simply giving up when things became difficult.

The support from the wider BIC team was equally impressive. Communication was prompt, professional and friendly throughout, and when Debbie was unavailable, Jeanne and Dirk were able to step in seamlessly because they had been properly briefed on the case.

After a long journey, my British passport has now been approved, printed and delivered, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

I would like to sincerely thank Debbie, Jeanne, Dirk and the entire BIC team for their assistance, patience and persistence. This wasn't the easiest application, but I always felt that my case was being taken seriously and that the team genuinely wanted to see it through to a successful conclusion.

I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending BIC to anyone who needs assistance with a complicated British citizenship or passport application.

Thank you for helping me get my little blue book. 🇬🇧💙

Absolutely outstanding service.

Everything went smoothly with no hiccups along the way. Staff members were helpful and friendly, so accommodating and willing to help with any issues no matter big or small to put your mind at ease. Strongly recommend Breytenbach to anyone going through immigration process.

These professionals are the absolute best. Their patience , kindness, and dedication speaks volumes. Riesiek and Phillip are the best. They handled my affairs like a breeze.

Fantastic service, great team.

Just a heads up for anyone looking to relocate to the UK in my personal opinion, pay the extra fee for priority visa approvals, the amount it costs for that opposed to the time spent apart from your love ones and running 2 house holds it's cheaper to just pay that premium and get the ball rolling sooner rather than later, my whole family have joined me after a full 12months and 5 days. 6 months of me working proving I can support them here and then 60 working days (Monday to Friday, 12 Weeks) before the visas where all approved.

With priority I believe I could have cut that 60days in half so... Just bite the bullet trust me on that.

Seshni and Anneshia, thanks for all the help you where both fantastic 😎 my family will forever be greatful for all your assistance. Great team overall.

The overall service was superb. I dealt with Seshni Reddy and she kept us up to date, was well informed, and overall I could not fault the service. I would highly recommend using their services for citizenship applications.

Good service and advice all the way through the process.

Seshni and Amnesia at the Umhlanga branch were superb. Always available and willing to assist with any query. Without them, it would have been incredibly difficult to get my visitor and subsequent partner visa. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

I cannot express how amazing the service we received from Breytenbachs, from the initial visa application to the citizenship application, Breytenbachs have been amazing.
The attention to detail and speedy response is fantastic.
All applications are check end rechecked to ensure a successful application.

At no point in the entire process we alwe stressed or anxious.

Samantha and Laya were always available for queries and replied promptly. Even when on holiday.

Thank you for making the immigration process smooth and worry free.

Dirk and Danica made our visa application such a smooth process. It feels quite overwhelming with everything required but they were always available and happy to guide us through each and every step. I would highly recommend their services to anyone needing to go through this process.

Was the best

I had an excellent experience with Breytenbachs Immigration Consultants throughout my British citizenship application.

The entire process was handled professionally and efficiently, with clear communication and guidance at every stage. Seshni Reddy was particularly helpful, knowledgeable and responsive, and I always felt that my application was in capable hands.

I’m delighted that my citizenship application has now been approved and very grateful to Seshni and the Breytenbachs team for helping me reach this important milestone.

I would happily recommend them to anyone needing professional UK immigration or citizenship assistance. Five stars and a sincere thank you!

I’d love to leave my sincere gratitude to BIC, their service is excellent. A special thanks to Ms. Anneshia and Mr Phillip for making the process less stressful and being patient with us with all the back-to-back emails.

Bic review. Consultants are helpful, knowledgeable and efficient.

Professional, helpful and we were always kept up to date.

Thank you Seshni and team

Breytenbachs have been absolutely phenomenal. From the very beginning of our journey to obtaining our British Citizenship, they have been outstanding in their professionalism, friendly demeanour and attention to detail. They have certainly made this a very stress less experience and for that we are very grateful.
Special Thank You to Dr Chiara and Talha for their support and assistance, we really appreciated it. For us ( I know we might be biased ) BIC is the best Immigration consultants in the UK.

I was very happy with Breytenbachs. The team was professional and very helpful. My circumstances were unusual and somewhat complicated. I would not have been able to complete my citizenship application without their help. I was particularly pleased that they were able to track down, apply for, and receive my grandfather’s birth certificate, as well as my grandparent’s marriage certificate. This was particularly useful as I live in a place where the postal service is unreliable. Breytenbachs was able to receive these critical documents at their UK office and keep them on file for me. Even better, the total costs of the whole process was about half of what I was quoted by other professional immigration services. I would highly recommend Breytenbachs.

An agent was always on hand for any questions and there was always a fast reply to any emails sent.

Breytenbach's and particuarly Seshni, have been wonderful with their persistence and care in ensuring that my three daughters' British Passport applications were successful. I am very grateful for the excellent service and the thoughtfulness and kindness in the long journey. Any other immigration company would have given up on us, with some not even wanting to take us on!

They are very professional and explain the process step by step. I will highly recommend them for any visa or immigration visas.

My visitors visa was turned down twice only then did I consult them unfortunately, so for me it was a big relief that they could help and get it approved. Don't try this on your own .
