recieved several cheaper items and also had missing items from an online grocery order, requested refunds using the website and just had it denied, the only option they give is to call their customer service team but it also says they will not review their decision, so my only option now is to report them to trading standards with the photos i took of my delivery... bizarre, will not shop here again.

No beef joint in my delivery? But I go over again to the store in Gorseinon yet again and there's plenty

Sort your rewards out- its absolutely dire. I spend 150-200 every single week without fail and my rewards are frankly crap. Its not hard- every other sipermarket manages.

All the staff were so helpful it was the 1st time we had been in this store at Filton it had everything we needed including newly born baby clothes so very well done to all the staff we will certainly come back again.

If i could give a -5 review i would. I visited Toryglen, Glasgow's 'superstore' at 2300 last night. I opt to shop at this time for various reasons, my disability being one of them. This fact will be relevant towards the end of the review. Despite me knowing exactly what i went in for, it took me 50 minutes in the chilled section to search with no map for what i was looking for. Not only is there candle like lighting in the aisles but there is no lights in the actual fridges. If you have any eyesight issues then you would be snookered. After 40 minutes i approached one of the workers to query what the hell was going on. I was advised that they switch the lights off at a certain time to save money!!!! They also expressed their frustrations with having to work in what only i can describe as an 'Oliver Twists' nightmare. I fumbled for a further 10 minutes then gave up. If i didn't need my shopping urgently, i would have left the very noisy and squeaky trolley where i stood and walked out(I had to change this 3 times and they were all the same). I then had the joy of continuing the hunt for what i needed in a better lit section of the store. Although i was able to see the items, i had to fumble through the aisle's as there was no order, everything was everywhere, don't even get me started on the none lit area where they keep the yogurts.
To revert back to my earlier point, of shopping late at night because of my disability. With the stress and pain being at a 8/10 and a full trolley, i arrived at the SELF SERVICE! So after being up at 0500 that day for my own job, i was then expected TO DO AN ASDA CASHIERS ROLE!!!!! I asked the member of staff to open a till, they advised that the night shift doesn't have an open till in that section. I then spent another 25 minutes in excrutiating pain beeping my shopping through with the countless error messages. The staff member was at my till 12 times!! I was in the store for an hour and a half. I should have only been in there for 40 minutes maximum. The best way i can describe my experience was that it was an absolute shambles, the staff are miserable as they're being forced to work in candle lit conditions and they're having to endure people like me who in pain, moan that there's no one there to help a disabled person.
Possibly improve your shopping conditions for your customers and they will be more likely to want to shop in there. Doing this will surely increase your profits enough to put the bloody lights on. Absolute disgrace. Your customers and staff deserve better.

Most weeks I get informed that items I ordered are not in stock which is irritating. Yet this week I was notified my shopping will be delivered in full. Before ordering I always select off the “allow substitution” option. When it arrived the box of pastry was squashed flat, instead of batter mix being delivered they sent dumpling mix, and two loafs of bread had holes in the packaging. I have issues with Asda delivery almost every single week, the app also crashes and freezes constantly no matter which phone I use. Had enough now, I’ve waited months and nothings changed. Going to shop online elsewhere.

I ordered a grocery delivery on the 4th of September. Asda cancelled the order out of the blue. They are terrible.

What has happened to Asda ? The prices used to be better than their competition (excluding aldi and lidl) I walked around just for a top up shop and I was actually saying while walking through the aisles " I'm not paying that? For example long life milk , you can buy in sainsburys for 95p ooh but asdas price us 1.45? Their own make jaffa cakes used to be 65p now they are 1.00?? I needed a loaf of bread looked at BB4 date and it was today's date?? What's asdas logo again?? Saving you money everyday erm sorry asda you need to change it to .... 'ripping you off every day" no wonder the stores are empty ????

If i could give no stars i would ive been using asda years and this is the 3rd time they have messed up big time with my online order this time click and collacet thinking that would be better than the express that delivery drivers like uber do because the 2 other times adsa blamed them when i can see today its asda mucking up i go to collcet my oder amd only recive my frozen part was told to go instore for them to sort it out to be told they cant find it i must of gotten it when i hadnt this was a £180 order for the week when i said come look in the car and check i was told no nothing they can do cant belive how rude staff are and unhelp ful luckily i could buy some more nappies for my children but i wont be using asda again

I had a very bad experience from one of Asda staff from queens road Sheffield. Usually they are very good and supportive. I was checking price of air fryer and there was no price tag in that section so asked one of their staff about price . And the staff said bring it and scan it. That felt very bad and I asked before bringing it to till because that’s not a small thing its 2 L air fryer. And I believe that’s why they are there to answer customers questions. I felt very embarrassed and it is not how they should be responding to customers. The person seemed very nice all times as we were regular customers but this attitude is something not felt quite right.

Delivery booked in 7-9am slot. By 10am still not arrived and no messages. I called the helpline and after speaking to a couple of people I was put through to the delivery / warehouse manager who told me my delivery would be at 1:30. I said this wasn’t convenient - I would be out. He asked what time could they deliver. I said I’d be home at 5 for a bit so then. He agreed 5pm, said your shopping will be here then.
At 6::00 shopping still hadn’t arrived my online account status hadn’t been updated and I hadn’t received a call or message. I called the helpline again.
The man told me my delivery would be at 6:30. I didn’t believe him. I asked for a refund of my delivery fee and was told I could have a voucher - I said I didn’t want a voucher - I wanted my money back into my bank account but told I wouldn’t be able to unless I called back after delivery.
6:31 my shopping arrived. Delivery driver totally unaware of the delays I’d suffered. Worst online delivery ever. Worst supermarket experience ever.
No updates, no ownership of error, no apologies. Utter rubbish. Tried to follow up to get some delivery fee back but no responses.
Really the poorest service I have ever experienced.!

I visited the Asda petrol station in Newark, Nottinghamshire, on Tuesday 15th September just after 6pm. I was served by a young male member of staff who appeared disengaged throughout the interaction. He offered no greeting or smile, and kept his head resting on his hand while serving both the customers ahead of me and myself.
The lack of basic courtesy made the experience unpleasant. I will not be returning to this site.

Having had my online shop for £88 cancelled by Asda due to a technical fault last Friday, it is now Thursday and I am still waiting for my refund. Bear in mind i then had to go to the shops on Saturday to do that shop, spent that amount again (and more) and have put an order in for tomorrow and they have taken my money, I think it is disgusting the length of time for the refund!

Whilst it says on here as they do not reply to anything I thought I would still share my experience at Asda Hyde quite clearly stated mixed bags of steamed rice three for £6 got a check out was told no they’re not in it and they’re not in it so I left all the shopping. I generally spend about £150-£200 in there a week so I’ll have to transfer my loyalty somewhere else.

Ordered online food for collection on Thursday, at my local store ,Items ordered birthday cake plus a dine in for two indian meal .I received email on day of collection stating birthday cake unavailable .
Went to store to collect rest of order the email stated proceed to service/collection desk ,after a waiting around trying to get assistance for 20 minuites was told to collect outside back of store , although the gentleman I collected order from was very polite and efficent .
Received my order to find the curries had a use by date of next day which was no use as the meal was for Saturday. Waste of my time, for out of date food and No birthday cake

I rarely use Asda as it’s not a close superstore to me. I visited the West Bridgeford store today and was utterly shocked that 2 full bags of groceries, only including 2 bottles of wine that cost less then £10, was over £100!!
I felt totally ripped off and amazed how much my bare essentials cost.
Aldi used to be my “go to”.
I’ve started using Tesco recently and so happy with their service and price.
You should be ashamed Asda. I will never step foot in your store again

Hi, I would like to give Nichola at the customer service desk in Asda, Strabane a review. Whenever I am in the shop she is always smiling & so helpful. She is a lovely person & really good at her job.

I had been using ASDA Rewards normally, but after switching my savings to the Christmas Saver at the end of 2025, I stopped seeing any new Rewards earnings being credited.

When I realised that no new Rewards earnings had been appearing for a long time, I contacted ASDA Rewards on 21 August and asked them to check whether there was a problem with my account. Their automatic reply said they would respond within one working day.

No response came.

I followed up again on 27 August. Still no response at all.

Today, 16 September, I finally called customer service. The adviser tried to check the issue but then told me that their system was not working and asked me to call back in three hours.

I understand that not every ASDA purchase automatically earns Rewards and that earnings depend on eligible offers and Missions. My complaint is that something appears to have stopped working with my Rewards account, and ASDA has still not properly investigated or answered my enquiry.

A rewards scheme only works if customers can trust that their account is working correctly and that support will actually investigate when something goes wrong. At the moment, I have no confidence that my ASDA Rewards account is functioning correctly.

Dunbar Asda must be one of the worst shops I've ever had the displeasure to shop in. Rude staff, one checkout open with a queue a mile long. Customer service has the rudest staff. I won't be back.

An item ordered on 11 Sept. which at first they said the order was cancelled as it was damaged in transit.
I requested a full refund, They refunded only Delivery charge of £3.75. I was told that £99 will be refunded if I add my credit card to my APPLEPAY wallet!
I fail to understand how they can refund £3.75 to my original payment method but not the cost of the iron!!
Emailed Chief Executive, He did not reply!!
Today received email from them saying the iron will be deliverd by 20.30! That has not happened nor any communication.
Worst online service!
