The amazing service I receive, I find insurance very daunting and I always panic when it comes near my renewal. I always get in contact with Mary Keating, as she explains everything very clearly & her knowledge and kindness is unmatched. I used to dread contacting insurance companies but not any more. It is for this reason, why I always recommend Arachas to friends and family!

I dealt with a person Mark Byrne who I found very polite and helpful.

Mary Foley Keating is always my go to advisor, she was more than helpful as always, she takes my information & I don't need to worry after that. Her efficiency & professionalism is always top marks.

I have dealt with Mary Keating for Car and Home Insurance for a number of years. She's always very professional and insures I get that best quote for the cover I need. Very helpful to deal with in their Galway office. Quick and efficient and friendly service. We have been dealing with Maria for a few years now who is alway informative about the policies due for renewal, and questions are always dealt, in a timely manner.

We very fortunately contacted Molly Hughes with regard to our business insurance. Molly was so helpful with her advice & expertise. She went above & beyond to ensure that we had the right cover of Insurance. We genuinely cannot praise her enough.

Terrible service, Non service a better description. Kept waiting for my call to be answered for absolutely ages. Will be moving to a different broker.

If I could give zero stars I would.
Long standing customer with multiple insurance policys in place both personal and business. Needed to arrange a transfer of insurance and spent over 2 hours on the phone trying to get through , on hold and requesting a call back. Absolute disgrace. Had to leave the garage as I had a medical appointment which I was late for. To finish we ended up presenting to their offices to request the transfer which then resulted in a call back, after almost 3 hours, office visit was not received well by staff and no apology made for the unacceptable wait or inconvenience We will be pulling all our business from Arachas as a result.

Sarah was very helpful, knowledgeable and polite with our insurance booking .
If we had any questions she answered them clearly and explained it well.
