I was in the process of changing my car for a UK import, but also needed to keep my existing car for a few weeks until I could get an issue sorted before selling it. I explained my situation to Isabelle Mullane on the 29/10/26 and asked her if she could look into it for me. When I spoke to Isabelle the following day, she had a quote for me to switch my insurance to the new car, she then talked me through the options to keep temporary cover on my existing car for a few weeks. She spoke with AXA, negotiated the first week free to maintain temporary cover on teh existing and a very reasonable figure to maintin that cover per week. In the course of the call Isabelle, arranged for the switch over and thereafter emailed me all the relevant documents. She could not have been more polite and helpful and is a credit to your organisation.

The response time to phone calls is transformed. I was speaking with a very pleasant Agent within a couple of minutes. All my queries were answered quickly and professionally. I got the covered I needed with no problem whatsoever.

I was offered a cheaper car insurance option with my renewal documents. I rang to get advice and was dealt with quickly in a friendly and very professional manner. I got the cheaper option offer sorted and paid for in approximately 10 minutes. Stress free and great value. Highly recommend Arachas to anyone looking for good value and quick and easy completion of either new or a renewal of car insurance.

I have found Arachas to be the best car insurer out there! I have been with them for nearly 12 years and the service is excellent. Very nice staff on the phone, very competitive quote and simple to deal with. Their breakdown service is also very easy and quick to deal with. I would recommend!

Great service on a personal level from Sinead.

After 26 days i paid the insurance, still I don't have a disk.
I sent a lots email and everytime make a scuse. Now I go on my sollicitors and after I see if i have soon the disk. Please is better pay more and not go in Arachas please stay too far.

Dealt with Jack for my Market trading renewal, very nice and really helpful getting it the insurance sorted for me great customer service which is rare these days. Will be dealing with arachas every year from now on!

While I had difficulty getting through, once I got the agent (Clodagh Kenny) I was excellent and very efficiently dealt with. Two queries, one required additional follow up, completed and within time scale indicated. No problem to agent, no excuses, very knowledgeable and explained simply!!! Very satisfied.

I am extremely disappointed with Arachas / Study & Protect following the closure of Erin College in Cork, Ireland.

My 25-week English course was supposed to start on 5 October 2026, but I haven’t attended a single class. I call and email almost every day, but I still haven’t received a proper answer or a timeline for my transfer.

I am in Ireland paying rent and living expenses without being able to study, find another school independently, or apply for my IRP because I need the new school’s documentation.

I am currently staying as a tourist, and I may have to wait up to three months for a new school while my immigration deadline keeps approaching.

I have also requested a refund so I can find another school myself, but I still have no solution.

I came from Brazil to study, and now I am stuck in this situation through no fault of my own. I need a clear answer and an urgent solution: a confirmed school transfer or my refund.
