Product quality is top par. The only downside is the lack of bus communication to the BMS. But if you do not care about that, this product is great. I ordered 4 batteries their 51.2 100ah lipo rack mount (for a total of aprox. 20kwh). All 4 batteries arrived with 53% charge. The packaging was really beefy - Two stout cardboard boxes, with reinforced corners on the inside, enclosing a hard foam package, made to fit the battery. Not a scratch on any of them.
The front panel lcd is intuitive and just works off the bat.
I don't know what else to say - My prior reservations about ordering for a not insignificant amount of money from a, for me, unknown company are now gone. At least when it comes to vatrer.
Almost forgot: The shipping was done internally in the European union. It shipped from somewhere in the southern parts of Germany and arrived here in Denmark after 8 days. They write 5-7 business days, but the shipping company misplaced it during transit, which is quite out of vatrer's control.

Il servizio clienti è eccellente. Risposte puntuali entro le 24 ore.
La spedizione non è stata veloce, poiché il loro corriere (Raben Group) non consegna direttamente in Sicilia ma si affida a un altro spedizioniere. Ad ogni modo la spedizione è stata tracciabile.
La batteria è arrivata perfettamente imballata e funzionante. Disgraziatamente a causa di un errore di connessione, dovuto all' emozione e alla stanchezza, ho danneggiato irrimediabile il BMS e l'utilissimo monitor della batteria. Ero disperato e temevo che avrei dovuto buttare via la batteria o mettermi alla ricerca di un' azienda in grado di ripararla.
Vatrer mi è venuta incontro, dandomi la possibilità di sostituire la batteria, pagando esclusivamente le spese di spedizione, previa restituzione della batteria danneggiata.
Dopo un mese ho ricevuto la batteria nuova, perfettamente funzionante, che questa volta ho collegato correttamente al regolatore di carica.
A 2 settimane di distanza la batteria funziona correttamente. La uso come batteria di espansione di una Power station di una nota marca. Pertanto la scarica è costante a 15 Ah.
Trovo molto utile il display incorporato con molte funzioni e il monitoraggio attraverso l'app dedicata via Bluetooth. Unico neo non è disponibile un modulo Wifi.

The customer service is excellent. Prompt responses within 24 hours.
Shipping wasn't fast, as their courier (Raben Group) doesn't deliver directly to Sicily but relies on another carrier. However, the shipment was trackable.
The battery arrived perfectly packaged and in working order. Unfortunately, due to a connection error, caused by excitement and fatigue, I irreparably damaged the BMS and the very useful battery monitor. I was desperate and feared I'd have to throw the battery away or look for a company capable of repairing it.
Vatrer accommodated me, offering me the option of replacing the battery, paying only the shipping costs, upon returning the damaged battery.
After a month, I received the new battery, which worked perfectly, and this time I connected it correctly to the charge controller.
Two weeks later, the battery is working properly. I use it as a backup battery for a well-known brand of power station. Therefore, the discharge rate is consistently at 15 Ah.
I find the built-in display with many functions and monitoring via the dedicated Bluetooth app very useful. The only drawback is the lack of a Wi-Fi module.
