købte 1 billet billund/london t/r, igennem denne consept, med reservations-id EZPF7C og Y6RSTT, de bruger ikke mans egen e-mailadresse, de laver sin egen, i mit tilfælde en på vej ud og en på vej hjem, d.v.s. ingen mulighed for online checkin og ingen boarding pas, plus al den stress og tid man bruger på det, udover at det hele kostede 1200dkr oveni, men ros til Billund lufthavns personale,

I am sorry to know about the issues that you have experienced. Please accept my apologies for the delay in replying to you.
I would like to inform you that we do not share our customer's details with the airlines. Hence, our system creates a dummy email address which is useful only for check-in purpose. These details are shared on the confirmation email. However, as you had purchased the no problem check-in, these details were not shared with you. I have reviewed your booking and can see we have sent you email thrice asking for your APIS information and as we did not receive the details from yourself we were unable to complete the online check-in for you.
