Lastminute.com opkræver dækning uden samtykke
Har netop booket billetter fra Bravo Fly (via Momondo) og har bevist fravalgt fuld flydækning da jeg allerede har en rejseforsikring.
Efter betaling modtager jeg bekræftelse via email og ser til min overraskelse at lastminute.com har opkrævet betaling for fuld flydækning alligevel og skal nu sende mails og bede om pengene retur. Fuldstændigt uacceptabelt.

You've purchased Total Protection Coverage which is an optional service on our website and can be added to a reservation on 2 occasions, on the payment page or as a popup message shortly before the transaction is completed. I can assure you that this service offer was accepted at the time of booking. However, the customers can withdraw from this service as per the instructions mentioned in our Total Protection Coverage email.
Having reviewed the details I see that as requested, we have cancelled and processed a refund of Total Protection Coverage to the original form of payment. Also, we've sent you an email confirming the same. Please be advised that your booking is still confirmed.
