I am very sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your order - I have taken a look into your order and can see that you have requested personalisation for your item.
As advised clearly on the website, the personalisation process does add on about 4-6 working days before dispatch from when the order was placed to allow for the personalisation process to take place. This means that your parcel should be dispatched for you shortly following completion of this process.
