Manglende flybillettter
Købt 2 flybilletter fra Napoli til København d 31.08.2019 via Bravofly som er en del af dette koncept.
Der er trukket 1290,60 på min konto og jeg har fået en faktura hvor der står TOTAL EUR 27.40 .
Jeg kan ikke finde flybilletterne på MIT Bravofly ej helle på Ryanair mine bookinger, der oplyses om mit Reservations-id eller min Email ikke er korrekt.
Har nu læst Bravoflys trustpilots anbefalinger og det er skandaløst hvordan de behandler deres kunder og i er samme koncept og jeg kan se det samme kontakt muligheder, hvor det ikke er muligt at sende en mail.

I am concerned to know about the issues that you've raised.
Having reviewed your booking details I see that we have sent you a booking confirmation email with your itinerary and price details. Also, we have mentioned the online check-in instructions.
We have charged you the amount that was secured at the check-out page and the same is mentioned in our confirmation email. The invoice amount that you have mentioned doesn't match with the price that we have in the records. Hence, I would request you to check your confirmation email again or may contact our Customer Service Team and share the correct booking details and they will be glad to assist you.
