Poor Customer Service from Zo and Co at their Cheadle shop
I recently bought from the shop in Cheadle while looking for gift ideas for a special birthday for my adult son. I bought 3 items several days apart and then thought they'd make a set - notebook, pen and pen holder. When I put the items together at home (all produced by the same company Bookaro), I realised they were different colours - the notebook and pen dark grey and the pen holder black. I went back to the Cheadle shop hoping to enchange the pen holder for a dark grey one but they had none. I asked if one of their other shops might have the item and asked if they would check. They agreed they would but more than 2 weeks on I've heard nothing back from them.
I think that if a shop agrees to do something for a customer, it's important they see that through, even if it's a call to say the request can't be satifisfied.
I've been using Zo and Co in Cheadle for a long time and spent a great deal of money there over time. But I don't want to give them my custom any more.
