I contacted Studio William to arrange for a replacement knife for a piece that was missing from a set I bought second hand. It was going to be very expensive to have it sent to me in Australia, but I had a friend coming to visit from London in the coming week who could bring it out with her. The service from Studio William was exceptional - they had it to my friend the very next day. I know have a full set of the most beautifully designed and made cutlery that is a pleasure to look and and to use.

I had ordered previously from this company and had a very good experience. This time a few items in my order were slightly damaged. When things go awry that is when you really see how a Company treats its customers. It was a bit difficult to email them possibly because of capacity issues with photos. However just like my previous experience the customer support was superb. Selina dealt with my issue, calling me and keeping me updated as the replacement process took place. She was extremely professional and courteous. The cutlery is excellent and with competitive pricing and a truly excellent customer support team I can wholeheartedly recommend anyone looking to purchase from this company. My congratulations and sincere thanks to all who assisted in my order.

Looking on the back of "remaining" flatware, I read the name, "Studio William". I decided to order flatware to add to and replace missing pieces of our everyday flatware.
After ordering, which was simple, a short wait till my order traveled across the pond to me. The order was accurate.
My replacement pieces have joined a hard-working and beautifully designed every day pieces.

Great feel and look, I find this cutlery easy to hold, particularly the knives which do not twist in my fingers.

When I was looking on line I had a problem and I wrote to the company and within 24 hours they responded and was extradited helpful and the product is beautiful

If you don’t see the combination you are looking for on the website, email their customer services they reply immediately and sort out the problem.

Used these spoons at a restaurant with our desert. Bought a set for my mother in law for a present and shes mad about them. Beautiful concept, fun to use and luxurious look
