Everything went so well
Everything went so well! Easy to set up, I got my 2 packages merged to one and I ended up paying less because I didn't have to pay taxes when I got my package, because it was sent through Belgium and Holland, I assume.

Hi. You have not responded to our request for information. So that I can match this to an open case, I need more information. However, we advise to allow 2 working days for packages to appear in your suite after delivery at our warehouse. Sometimes packages may not be easily matched to a customer suite due to damaged labels or missing information, and these are held aside until we are able to match with proof of purchase and reassign to the correct customer suite. If you can send us details such as retailer, contents, tracking information, and date of delivery, this can help us locate your package.

Excellent service overall. Very fast processing and quick responses to both messages and emails. The team stays in close contact with the client at every step, which is reassuring. I also really appreciate the different shipping options offered at different rates, allowing the customer to choose what suits them best. On top of that, they ship to countries where many companies either hesitate or simply cannot ship. Reliable, responsive, and customer-focused — highly recommended.

I needed the limited edition 67 SOL…
I needed the limited edition 67 SOL spray for my daughter’s collection that was only sold in America. Used this company as they were the only ones to ship perfumes, the cost was more than I expected but as it was shipped dangerous goods I completely understood also they sorted out customs also and I received my order to the UK within 5 days of being sent. Would highly recommend and use them again in the future for anything I can’t get in the UK. My daughter is now super happy with her FULL collection thanks to Skypax 🥰
