Its been 10 years i have opened this bank account i had bad experience with them at all now i have money in it and my account is blocked i went to this branch for 10 times and they not helping me out at all not even opening my online bank account.i have done my biomatric given them my id card photocopys given out every thing but i do know u dont need everything not even pasport i have even given out but still my account is blocked i have nearly one caror in this account but i cant still move money from ky account i cant change my account untill i open my online account cant move money untill i have opened my account but still they havent done anything i went every single time very poor service i recommend to everyone not to have this account very poor service.

I’ve never experienced such a DISASTROUS visit to any branch in my life — and I’ve been banking for 15 years. Let’s break down the trainwreck:

First, the staff — if you can even call them that. They sit around gossiping like they’re at a tea party, ignoring customers waiting in a 20-person line for 45 minutes. When I finally got to the counter, the teller rolled their eyes at my request, tossed my documents back like they were garbage, and didn’t even have the decency to speak clearly. No "please," no "thank you," just pure contempt. One even walked away mid-conversation to take a personal call — for 10 MINUTES.

Then the ATM machine — it’s a joke. Out of order 9 times out of 10, and when it does work, it eats your card half the time. I watched three people get their cards stuck in 15 minutes. The branch doesn’t even put up a sign to warn you — they just let you waste your time jabbing buttons while the machine spits out error messages.

And don’t get me started on the mannerless people in the branch — both staff and some customers who seem to think cutting lines is a right. The staff does nothing to stop it; they just let chaos reign. I was pushed aside by a customer who the teller then helped before me — no apology, no explanation. The whole place feels like a zoo with no zookeeper.

This branch is a disgrace to the entire institution. If you value your time, your money, and your basic human dignity — STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE. Management needs to clean house immediately before this place causes a full-blown incident.

National Bank of Pakistan seems one of the worst bank on the faces this earth. I am an overseas Pakistani American. I recently wire transfer money to one of my poor relative in Pakistan. The person was in bad need during Ramadan month. As of today, they have not received funds. The bank has not released the funds to the beneficiary.
I filed a complaint with the Bank and exchanged few emails, but no action has been taken as of today. Their main number just rings and after automated response directs to extension with no response. I asked the American bank to place recall to wire money. The head office of the national bank of Pakistan is still holding my money. I am sure NBP is doing this to other overseas Pakistani

What a shame, how Pakistani Banks respond to overseas Pakistani. These are true enemies of the state
