The shop was so messy and I was worried if they mix my items with anything.
The staff did not have knowledge of customs or any charges.
Please use official site and store of known delivery services not this kind of third party.

Regarding the collection, we typically have scheduled daily pickups, but we apologise for any concern caused by the timing of your parcel's departure. We also take your comments about the shop's appearance and the team's customs knowledge very seriously; our staff should be able to provide clear guidance on international shipping and ensure all items are stored securely.

Amazing service made the whole transaction so easy and hassle free. Stephen at MBE Huddersfield organised my package delivery to the USA and included the return paid envelope. The package was delivered and then returned to the UK from USA all in 6 days. We were absolutely delighted and can’t recommend this company enough.
