New to centre. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice clean environment.

We had an inflatable party. I booked it with Katlyn and she was very helpful throughout. Kathryn was rhere at the party aswell. Her and her team on the day were great helpful and friendly. The boys had a great time and had very good feed back from their friends and family.

Tutor led spinning class. Much better than virtual. Would be better if more use was made of bike feedback display.

Membership costs. You have to pay 2 months upfront which I don’t think is a good . Use an overpriced pro-rata system .

The staff are very helpful. Classes are good but limited in most popular ones

I am watching my partner fall back in to his deep anxiety and depressed state as he has stopped going to the gym after paying in full for a whole year. I am annoyed at the management response lack of empathy.

As my anxiety continues to be impaired whilst I am not using the facilities I have paid in full.
I have been given assurance the General site manager will contact me , but without a specific date. I will in return offer the same assurance I will not be conned further and I will continue to secure my right to be heard.

Very annoyed at the customer service given to my father who’s swimming for mental health issues. Very rude customer service. After making a booking on the phone - upon arrival they stated they don’t have the booking and refused to let him in until he shown his bank account.

The centre is well run with excellent class instructors and reception staff. They make you feel welcome and are motivational. The standard of cleanliness is very good.

The Gym is really great I love it. Clean and well maintained. All new kit. I love coming in the evenings it has helped me regain my health and confidence. Swimming sessions always seem to start about 5 minutes late. Thats my only issue. Having said that the pool is nice and I love using it with my son. Fix the swimming issue and its 5 stars. at the moment I give 4.5 stars. Great job.

Booked sessions using the app specifically for my leisure centre only to be told when I turned up that the service wasn't provided and the staff member didn't know what I was talking about. Shrugged as if it were not his problem that I'd made the journey there for nothing and eventually agreed reluctantly to provide session i had booked via app! I joined the gym for almost £50 per month and also swim lessons. When I wanted to cancel the direct debit for the gym I was told I'd missed the date for next payment may as well wait as payment was taken on the middle of the month. Came to almost middle of month and I was told I was too late to cancel (again) as payment was in fact taken on 1st of the month - which is when I originally wanted to cancel but was told it wasn't the 1st. Thereby paying for another month I won't use. After being messed around on several issues the receptionist told me to fill out an online form and request a refund for one months direct debit since I'd only been charged due to their misinformation. I did so and..
.....got a RUDE AND CURT RESPONSE completely missing some of the points I'd made and then adding some drivel about not having a record of my having cancelled the dd. I have cancelled so yet more nonsense. And the poolside and changing are dirtier than they ever used to be. Staff are pretty useless.

Booked a gym induction for my son on the phone went through prices etc. Turned up for the induction to be told there was no record of the conversation or booking. Woman on reception was very abrupt and rude asking me to "look at the computer" if I didn't believe her! No apology whatsoever!!This is just the latest episode in a catalogue of disasters with the management of this community leisure centre, several times we've booked courts and found nets not ready etc. this is what you get when you sub out the running of a community facility to a faceless organisation that no doubt pays its staff minimum wage and skimps on training

terrible online/app experience. I have several cards for myself and my son - as we visit several different centres in different boroughs (and was told I needed to do so), so it's a nightmare trying to log in to book anything online and almost impossible to do so via telephone. Reception staff at your centres are generally not helpful or knowledgeable and I often have to visit the centre in person to make an enquiry. When I have booked online, it resets the centre and automatically books myself in - meaning I've accidentally booked the wrong centre and the wrong number of people numerous times. Staff are young, inexperienced, bored and verging on rude in many cases. I cancelled swimming lessons as I felt that my son was not making any progress . Basically if I had another local option, I would go elsewhere for my leisure needs!
