Composed limited, is the most genuine fitness coaching program I have come across. Their care and generosity for their clients is to a high standard. Fast replies, easy to understand weekly plans with videos attached to make it even easier to feel at ease with each exercise at the gym!
I find I am able to read (obviously) but to really understand how to do the technique properly without looking silly and having anxiety that I am doing it wrong always puts me off. Composed limited helps me with this and i now don’t have that gym anxiety!

I spotted composed limited on a friends instagram and wanted to see what it was, after looking through the posts and highlights I realised I wanted to get more fit and healthier as I really do not do any type of exercise. These posts motivated me to buy a resistance band and start my journey. I have only had it for a short amount of time but I absolutely love it and will be purchasing more from this company! It makes me look and feel amazing with my body.

I used to love compose limited, I have bought so many plans of them and Jordan who used to work there/own it was so responsive and helpful with any queries I had. However, since the company has been sold, I’ve had a few issues with the Tailored plan that I was given and I have emailed them numerous of times and no response. I finally commented on one of their posts and they deleted my comment and then had the audacity to reply to all my questions by saying “what seems to be the issue.” And then, when I referred to the questions above, they still haven’t replied to me and it’s been over a month.
It’s such a shame!!
