Compose Limited have encouraged me with the tools to better improve my body, mind and soul. The plan takes you step by step through workouts, nutrition plans with demonstration links aswell. Since taken a year out I can definitely say I'm so glad to have started back & with the help of Compose Limited i couldn't have done it. It has really helped physically and with my mental health.

The plans are very easy to follow with how they are set out and if you’re unsure on how to do something you can click on the name of the workout and it will show you how to do it! Really pleased with the plan and customer service is great too. Would recommend!

Such a great company! So nice to message on Instagram after you have the plans and they keep following up with you. Only on my second week and wow.. you know the workouts good when you struggle to walk up the stairs after.

I have been doing one of the compose workouts for just only around 2 weeks now, and I am already seeing a massive difference.
