Honestly the best company I have ever been with, the website is so easy to order from, fast delivery, ordered there summer shred plan for me and my partner and was the best thing we could of ever done we feel so much healthier and fitter then we ever did before, the nutrition plan they set up is delicious and is now my everyday go to food I 100% recommend to anyone who wants to start up getting healthy and fitter and doesn’t know where to start and what foods to eat we first started two years ago and is so much happier with the results 💕 thank you my lovelies for changing our lives

Dodgy Scam Company. De-activate account all the time and block customers for no reason when things are questioned. Used to love my first PT but as soon as she left and company sold it all went horribly wrong. Gave them promo photos which were never paid for and then deleted accounts! Scammers. 4479

I started using compose around covid times so it’s been around 5 years and honestly I would never use anything else! The at home workouts were perfect for when I couldn’t leave the house in lockdown and kept me actuve and now I use it everyday in the gym! I’m currently on my health journey and I’ve 2 and a half stone and it’s all from the simple easy plan! I love how they give you at home and gym plans aswell as meals. The calories calculator has helped so much and for the price you really can’t complain this is all you need to loose weight and the rest is up to you!!!

Great workout plans, go into deep depth and detail with all of their plans including meal preps, shopping lists and demonstrations of each workouts. They have also really helped me with any questions I’ve asked and I feel much more healthy since using compose limited.

Amazing work out plan! i’ve been going to the gym for over a year now and haven’t really seen any results , which made me quite unmotivated and then found compose , with such affordable plans it’s a no brainer! , Ive been using the plan for almost 2 months now and the change in my body is unbelievable, I look like a complete different person and finally seeing results, this quickly too

I honestly can’t put into words how amazing they are!

Compose has helped me gain confidence in the gym providing week to week workout plans, easy to follow meal prep recipes and tutorials for the workout exercises.
