Amazing experience

Was a fun day out, got to drive some amazing cars, and have wonderful instructors like Barry to show me around the track.

Also there was a new worker forgot his name but he absolutely smashed it for his first day

10/10 experience, so amazing, staff were so friendly and welcoming and really helpful. Driving experiences were so awesome, have and would recommend!!

I was brought this gift as a birthday present from my son, 4 car experience.
Arrived and booked in with ease, staff at the gate were very helpful.
You have options to upgrade your vehicles along with cover the waiver and sighting laps (all extra cost).
One of the cars that I had booked wasn't available so the company gave those that had booked it a hefty upgrade (which was appreciated).
Sighting laps complete you wait to be called for one of the cars that becomes available, never a long wait.
When you're called up, the instructor helps you get settled, explains the car and how the laps will go, all instructors were brilliant, encouraging and patient.
The final car on the list had an issue so I had an pick of the cars, was recommended the Lambo Spyder which made my day, what an amazing car.
Definitely a 5 star day, really well organised by a great team, will hopefully be back for another experience.

Visited Castle Combe 28th of Feb Great experience over all a few issues which I think could be ironed out with staff training, however the overall experience of the cars I drove charger hellcat, 570s GT4 and the 700hp supra pro was mega. Craig the x40 racing titles instructor which instructed me, if I ever got into racing this would be the guy I would have to coach me and not just because he said it was the most fun he’s been driving in that car for a while with someone else 😅

Worst experience ever. People are racist specially the manager Jack.

First we were told the car we booked in not available although we paid extra for it.

Then after waiting 3 hours, these guys kept on sending other people ahead of my son who was next in line as per the app.

When complaint this guy Jack (no surname) kept repeating that we will call you when it's would be your turn and was very rude.

Never ever suggesting anyone to book with these Car Chase Heroes again.

What a worst experience as they were not even sorry for any delays

Not happy at all, charged £2 to park on arrival (unnecessary), then asked for a further £34 per person for insurance for a gift we'd been given. The icing on the cake was the we brought the lanyards home and noticed by accident that they should be returned and if not returned we'd be charged a further £80 per person. At no point during sign in or with any of the instructors did they say that the lanyards needed to be returned. No one even explained what the cards inside were for.

Amazing day. Loved it. Well organised. Would love to go again.

Both instructors were amazing and supportive the whole day was great never felt that it was any problem any issues or questions I had

Very well organised and super friendly staff, made an already great experience that little bit even more enjoyable!

Avoid this place at all costs. Our session was booked for 9:00, and we were told to arrive at 8:30. We didn't get into our first car until after 9:30. We were at the venue for over three hours for just three 3-minute rides.
​The organization was a joke. The staff were literally putting people from later sessions into chairs (and onto the track) before us, despite us being in the very first session of the day. When I questioned why we were waiting for drivers to "come back" for the morning's first slot, the woman was unhelpful and didn't seem to understand the basic issue.

​While we were left waiting in the freezing cold for over an hour between rides, they had the nerve to constantly try to sell "availability" in other cars yet they clearly didn't have enough drivers for the people already there! On top of the £34 damage waiver and the £10 charge for a single basic digital photo, this felt like a total money making scheme. Chaotic, unorganised, and not enjoyable in the slightest.

My husband went for classic/Super blast on a track held at Three Sisters Circuit in Wigan, where after waiting 90 mins plus having to pay car parking and damage liability insurance of £34(Which they do not state, until the day you go) that he ended up on a track where speeds were restricted to 40MPH due to the circuits small size. I did not pay for a low speed parade lap on a Go Kart Track, I paid for an adrenaline driving experience this service was not fit for purpose and is a fundamental breach of the contracts description. I would not recommend this company, trying to upsell extra laps and photos, all about profiteering and not for the persons experience. NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY!

Absolutely awful customer service.

I was gifted the experience and when I went to book, upsold over £125 of additional services (photos etc).

Unfortunately, I had to postpone due to heart troubles and now have been advised that I should not do the experience.

I understand not being reimbursed the gift but not to be reimbursed the upsold items that I can never have! I have been told the amount can be credited to use in the future, how? My heart isn't going to get better. Useless.

I will start by saying that my son really enjoyed the experience and the staff were all really helpfil and friendly throughout. However the whole morning was a money trap. Charging £2 to park when the road is more pot holes than road is a joke. Charging an extra £34 damage waiver which clearly everyone's forced to pay or gamble with repair costs for supercars. Then there's the extortionate prices for photos and videos,which are are admittedly good quality and offer a great souvenir of the experience, but £50 is far from reasonable.
Another cost that was likely in the small print but easily missed was the extra £25 charge to use your voucher on a weekend.
So overall an enjoyable experience for my son, just be aware that the cost will likely end up being twice what you originally paid.

Don’t bother absolutely fuming my 2 boys went today for police interceptors had to pay a £68 waiver which we weren’t informed of previously on top of the ticket price then to get a video or pics of them in the cars was £50 each experience wasn’t great
