Trustpilot, hvordan kan det være at Banggood har ufattelig mange dårlige anmeldelser, og alligevel have 3.5 stjerner i bedømmelsen...har "de" selv lagt 20.000 5 stjerner ind??
Jeg har ikke købt hos dem, og kommer efter at have læst disse anmeldelser heller ikke til det..det er da et scam-site.

Har netop fået et Dankort konto træk på…

Har netop fået et Dankort konto træk på 2000,- for en mobil telefon, jeg aldrig har bestilt.
Jeg har ikke oplyst betalingskonto, oprettet betalingsmetode eller betalings password på BangGood, så der er tydeligvis tale om svindel.
Det eneste jeg kunne gøre var, at afbestille varen, men beløbet er allerede trukket på min DK kort konto, som jeg ALDRIG har oplyst på BG siden.
Beløbet vil så blive udbetalt på min Google konto, som jeg heller ikke har oprettet som købekonto (DAMN, damn !!!)
Jeg aner ikke hvad jeg skal stille op.
Min bank (Coop) var venlig nok og lukkede omgående mit kort og sender et nyt, men beløbet skal jeg ansøge om at få afvist.
I mellemtiden må jeg så bede min kone betale for mig og æde at nogen har vasket mig bag i formedelst 2000dkr .... 👀😠

Aldrig køb derfra

Aldrig køb derfra, jeg købte et keyboard og da der var gået 18 dage kontakter jeg dem og spørger hvorfor jeg ikke har fået mit keyboard, og de fortæller mig så at jeg aldrig har betalt for det.... Det er nok den største scam hjemmeside ever jeg vil aldrig råde nogle til at købe noget som helst derfra, og den kommentar de kommer med nu er 100% også fake, de gir ik en fuckk de vil bare have en masse penge så fuckk jer banggood! 🖕🖕🖕

Direkte svindel

Forfærdeligt firma.. De snyder og bedrager med arme og ben. Heldigvis var det kun 80kr jeg købte for,men da jeg så fik min ordre bekræftelse og besked om afsendelse af varen,gik det helt galt for dem.
Det oplyste tracking nummer var brugt 8 uger INDEN min ordre overhovedet blev gennemført,ok,så langt så godt.. Man venter 78 minutter på deres chat "kundeservice" kun for at få at vide at varen skam er leveret,det kan de jo selv se på tracking nummeret,"ja siger jeg,i Polen for 8 uger siden" hvilket jo så ville gøre dette firma til både verdens hurtigste og synsk,da min ordre jo først blev oprettet 8 uger EFTER levering i Polen..Nuvel,det kunne "kundeservice" medarbejderen ikke se var et problem,men han ville "eskalere" den til højere instanser..Vupti 2 dage efter en mail med et nyt tracking nummer,vel og mærke et tracking nummer der ingen oplysninger er om andet end at det "ligger på et uspecificeret center i England",ok,googler man så det nye tracking firma viser det sig at de er medvirkende til svindlen ved at oprette fiktive tracking numre..
Jeg har oprettet en disputs ved Paypal,og råder alle til at holde sig langt væk fra dette firma.

Answer to Banggood.. Yeah,ofcourse it is due to bad weather you people send already used tracking codes.. You have been reported for fraud and thats the end of it.

Har fået mail om de har skiftet levering firma og jeg får nogle extra BG point og hvis min vare ikke er kommet den 25 aug får jeg nogle penge tilbage men de bliver sat ind på siden så man bliver tvunget til at handle der igen.

Pas på !!!! Når man vælger Priority EU shipping med max leveringstid på 15 dage, så overholdes dette ikke. Nu er der gået over 1 måned og i tracking har varen ikke ændret lokation i 10 dage. Søg på google med denne tekst "Priority EU shipping : Banggoodfans - Reddit" så vil i finde mange tråde hvor mange andre er i samme situation:

Det er uholdbart og vildledende, når man betaler ekstra for at få vare leveret hurtigere og Banggood stadigvæk ikke vil refundere før der er gået 60 dage som er betingelser når man vælger langsomste leveringsmetode.
Jeg har været i dialog med deres chat, og de har ingen værktøjer de internt kan anvende for at identificere forsendelserne, og kan derfor ikke hjælpe hvilket jeg finder er en dårlig service, da deres standard svar er uanvendeligt.

Jeg købte en justerbar sokkel til min vaske maskine d.10/6 og blev oplyst at denne ville bliver leveret 10-15 arbejdsdage.
Det er idag d.21/7 og jeg har fortsat intet modtaget???
Jeg kan se på tracking af den endnu ikke har forladt level 1.
Jeg har kontaktet jer og fået et standart svar retur hvor der står at jeres pakker sendes efter 10-15 arbejdesdage men det er jo langt over 10-15 arbejdsdage nu.

Mon jeg nogensinde får den? Jeg vil gerne snart have mine penge retur så jeg kan købe den et andet sted.

Jeg bestilte d. 6 juni en skjorte på deres hjemmeside, hvorefter jeg fik af vide at jeg ville modtage ordren indenfor 5-10 dage, nu er det d. 21 juni (15 dage efter), og jeg har endnu ikke modtaget den, ikke engang modtaget info om den er sendt eller noget... virkelig ringe, håber jeg modtager den, for ellers vil jeg sgu have pengene tilbage!! Jeg har bestilt værktøj fra dem. (midt maj) til levering senest i 6-6-19
Desværre kan jeg ikke se hvor langt mit værktøj er kommet.
Der er ikke en virksom måde hvormed man kan komme i kontakt med firmaet. Jeg har nu forsøgt på alle muligheder på deres hjemmeside. Føler lige nu at jeg er taget ved næsen... øv....

De har allerede 10 minutter efter anmeldelsen sendt et svar hvor de forklarer at selv om de ved køb lovede en leveringsdato så kan det nogle steder svinge med op til 60 dage...… øøhhh hvad skal jeg bruge det til?????
Der er også et link til en måde jeg kan maile til dem...…
Det er så ikke aktiv..... det er den side jeg i snart 45 minutter har forsøgt at komme i kontakt med dem på

Jeg modtog de forkerte vare

Jeg modtog de forkerte vare.
Banggood vil kun give mig halvdelen af pengene igen, selvom varene er ubrugelig for mig.
- Det skal sige, at det er en vare til kun 110 kr.

Kundeservice er lang tid om at svare, i forhold til deres ambition.
De prøver at besvare inde for 24 timer, ofte går der over 3 dage.

Ydere mere, så kan man ikke lave "review" på deres hjemmeside, når man har købt vareren. (Det kan jeg i hvert fald ikke på den vare, hvor jeg har modtog den forkerte vare)

Ingen pakke modtaget, selvom den er meldt modtaget.

Jeg fik aldrig pakken, selvom tracking siger at jeg har modtaget den. Og man kan ikke komme i kontakt med service, for at finde ud af hvilken post service i Danmark jeg skal kontakt for at opdrive min pakke. Det er en meget dårlig service.

Lægger ikke dine ting til side hvis der er noget der mangler

To uger efter jeg har købt en liste af 11 ting får jeg at vide at der da lige var 4 ting som de ikke havde på lager og at der vil gå 2 til 3 ugers ventetid. Fair nok, men den mail skulle vist være kommet med det samme, eller der skulle tydeligt have stået på hjemmesiden at de var "out of stock". Der kommer valgmuligeder fra deres side af hvilket er super men jeg tænker okay, træls, men jeg venter på de fire.
Så kommer der DAGEN EFTER endnu en mail med at hov, nu er der sørme 6 ting de ikke lige har, det er sgu for ringe kundeservice, man lægger da som firma bestilte ting til side i stedet for at sælge dem til andre hvis man ikke lige kunne fylde hele ordren, især når beløbet er trukket fra kunden. Jeg har dog modtaget alt fra de andre ordre og jeg har fået pengene retur for det de så ikke havde alligevel. Så Banggood kan anbefales herfra, men vær ekstra obs på om det du bestiller er på lager.
