I've been suffering with back pain for a while now and was recommended to see Jenna. After seeing a few people in the past I began to lose faith but Jenna certainly changed all of that. She really listened and took time to assess me first before my massage. I feel so relieved to have found her and would recommend her to anyone. Definitely the best treatment I've had! Jenna is very professional and lovely lady. She makes you feel at ease. I've been having regular appointments for about a year, as part of my fitness programme, to help keep injuries at bay. I had dry needle treatment on the Tuesday and was able to complete my Half Marathon on Sunday in sub 2hrs. Thank you very much Jenna.

Had the most restorative tissue massage from a talented lady called Lysia. She was very thorough in asking questions about lifestyle and medical wellbeing so as to address any issues that may be connected but not obvious to the untrained eye. A friendly and professional approach put me at ease straight away and I’m already booked in again for another session. Thank you Lysia, very informative and feeling 100% better! Totally recommend.

I first rang Lysia and we discussed my need for a massage to help alleviate the pain I had in my back.
She agreed she could help me and arranged a same day appointment.
When I arrived She was prompt in taking me to the treatment room. We discussed the problem further and she carried out an examination of my posture, my spine and legs. She then massaged the areas required thoroughly.
I felt much better after the treatment and i much appreciated her diligence, the benefit of the treatment and the aftercare exercises she suggested.

I must go back. Lysia is professional and makes you feel very comfortable. She is a runner too so knew exactly what I needed from my very vague/ generalised comment eg ‘my legs are just a bit tight’. Very good and highly recommended.

I attended Witham Sports & Remedial for my very first physio session and although the physio was very polite, approachable person she failed to pay attention to the areas that I had requested i.e neck and shoulders. The standard of massage on my back was fine but 'sadly' she talked all the way through the 'massage therapy' largely about her 'life and problems' which I found to be really unhelpful and misplaced. I paid £55.00 for one 45 minute session but left feeling like I had heard the physio's life story and problems. Felt deflated and will not be able to recommend this service sorry and sorry for the therapist.

Before seeing Jenna, I had awful awful pain in my lower back but just brushed it off due to being ‘young’. After being recommended to go see her, she found the root of my problem as well as various other issues I was having that was also causing me pain. After just 1 session with Jenna, I felt the difference immediately. Never in a million years did I think I would wake up 1 day and not have pain in my lower back. 100000% would recommend she’s a bloody wizard

Before a friend recommended I see Jenna I had daily back pain due to sitting at a desk for too long, stress, and poor posture. A visit to the GP was pointless and as usual medication was prescribed. After visiting Jenna, within two sessions I had a radical difference. No medication has been touched since, the daily issues have almost disappeared and my quality of life had been transformed. The knowledge Jenna displays is outstanding and the aftercare and tips also exemplary. I recommend anyone who has been fobbed off by their GP or anyone who wants to feel 'normal' again to seek out this small investment in yourself. The difference will be amazing.

Great pre-event sports massage! Lysia sent me pre-appointment consultation forms which allowed me to talk about my needs. This ensured that majority of the appointment was actually massage, although I was offered a number of assessments should I need them. Really personable and felt comfortable throughout. Focussed on the areas I raised which was great. Would recommend. Fingers crossed it helps me in my event! Keep up the good work team.
