First class service. The phones are manned by professionals who know their stuff, and you get through within seconds. Wight Fibre are so much better than the big players , and less expensive too.

Shame we can't award zero stars.

Atrocious in all aspects. 4 times, dating back to 2023, that we've tried to have Wightfibre installed, unless it's an easy install they're not interested to go out of their way to resolve problems. Senior Management staff have been rude, arrogant and unhelpful, mostly claiming its been our fault for them not being able to complete the installation on every occasion. On the latest occasion, we had to prepare for the fibre being laid in the garden, digging out the trench, lifting paving slabs and taking the cable housing through to the loft. The installation team arrived not knowing where to connect to despite there being a site visit the week before and were woefully unprepared, my husband having to show them where the agreed connection point was. Everything stopped when the team couldn't connect to the agreed point and after half a day of the team trying to work out an alternative plan with the office, it culminated in our service having to rely on a split feed with a neighbouring property. We had been reassured following the site visit that there was adequate capacity without needing to split the fibre. However, it came to a resounding halt when permission for the fibre split was refused. We have since been told another site visit would take place before Christmas but we've heard nothing more. In our experience, Wightfibre's strapline "because we care" couldn't be further from truth.

We’re sorry for the frustration you’ve experienced with your installation attempts. In some locations, progress depends on third‑party permissions and civils works, and we should have explained those dependencies and next steps more clearly.

We’ve been in touch directly by email and have a civils visit scheduled for late January to progress an alternative connection route at your property. Once those works are completed, we’ll confirm the installation booking and keep you updated at each step.

The installation was quick and painless.
I have found the speed and connection to be sometimes hit and miss but happy enough so far

WhiteFibre is Very Good

Been a lifelong user of virgin mobile and their customer service was absolutely awful.
Moved to the IOW and signed up with WhiteFibre and been very happy ever since, customer service is very good, broadband performance is superb.
If you're thanking of switching to WhiteFibre, do it, you won't regret it.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. When I took out broadband with them they answered all my questions and queries from the setup to using it with professionalism and politeness. They even contacted me a week later to make sure I was happy and not having any problems. They even sent in an engineer to check all my extensions were located for best reception. 5 star product and service.

WightFibre perhaps you should look at account 035552 after being assured by one of your supervisors named Oli that my account had been sorted I received an incorrect bill from your company today. I have spent a total of nearly an hour of phone calls to different members of staff

Thank you for your patience. We understand this situation can be frustrating, and we want to reassure you that we’ve done everything possible based on the information provided by your new provider.

At present, your new provider has not yet confirmed your switch to their service. Until we receive this confirmation, we’re unable to fully close your account. Please rest assured that no further payments will be taken, as your direct debit has already been cancelled. However, bills will continue to be generated automatically until Vodafone confirms the transfer.

This is a legal requirement under the switching service to ensure your services remain available until the process is complete.

Once Vodafone provides confirmation, we will immediately update your account and correct all invoices in line with the one-touch switch service rules.

Seamless switching and helpful staff.

The process of switching provider was made pretty seamless overall. It was helpful having someone on the other end of a phone who knew what they were doing and who remained patient and pleasant. There always seemed to be another question to ask and the customer support staff were brilliant. Thank you.

Internet is awful!

Internet is awful!! Goes off at random times so if you are needing a stable connection then this is not going to give you it.
Blocks access to random websites of their choice and you have to call and ask them to add them to your “whitelist”
Zero data protection biggest mistake I ever made signing to wightfibre.

If a website is blocked, this is due to our third-party partner, which flags sites for potential risks. We will raise this with them to understand why the specific site was flagged and take appropriate action.

If you are still experiencing service issues such as dropouts, please let us know. The last case related to service interruptions has since been resolved, but we will be happy to investigate further and contact you again to help.
