First class service. The phones are manned by professionals who know their stuff, and you get through within seconds. Wight Fibre are so much better than the big players , and less expensive too.

Customer service is brilliant
Board band stopped working after a week on the Sunday lunch time, phoned customer services and it was repaired the same day as the installers were in the are area by sunday early evening.

The customer service is outstanding , the gentlemen that came to install it were very efficient & kind , nothing too much trouble & the speed of my Wi Fi is the best I’ve ever had .

We moved to the Island in mid November and I needed a fast broadband service to enable me to work form home. Installation was the day after we moved in a despite an early glitch the service has proved to be reliable, fast and very reasonably priced, highly recommended

So far I have not had a single problem with my service and on the odd occasion I have had to call customer service they have been very professional and I can understand what they are saying.

Once the somewhat delayed installation date finally arrived everything exceeded my expectations. We had no fibre to our house and something was blocked. The workmen were most polite and informative. The first team working on our actual installation a few days later were equally polite and genuinely keen to do a great job fixing everything where required in a neat and tidy manner. No unsightly cables. I'm a fussy person, so I'm surprised and impressed that I am delighted with Wightfibre installation team.

I first contacted Wightfibre around 8 weeks ago, very helpful at first when you call up and a sale might be forthcoming. Then things changed.
My property on the Isle of Wight isn’t connected to fibre broadband, but they said if I provide them with details of the Managing Agent they use a special team that would liaise with them to gain approval to connect the property. Hence my review title “Helpful when it’s easy” because I’ve now phoned them on 5 occasions, each time receiving a variation of poor attitudes and people that don’t want to help. Over 8 weeks a courtesy call would be nice perhaps with any progress you’ve made or just a no update call - in only trying to buy one of your services! My most recent call was yesterday, I spoke to a lady who was totally unhelpful, stating a colleague was looking after my case, but he’s on his lunch break so I’ll get him to call you.
Nobody returned my call again, same as last time.
Today I have set up a new broadband connection with another company as Wightfibre were unhelpful. If anyone there disagrees, I suggest a Manager listens to my call yesterday and see if they got the same feeling as me.
Wightfibre now end up on my list of never agains which is poor because I was only trying to support a local business.
