Don't be fooled by initial estimate. It's just a cruel trick to get you on the hook / waste your time with a visit, unless of course your 2nd hand car is straight off the factory production line in absolute pristine condition - which it never is (minus £1.3k for 2 scuffed alloys + not main dealer history). Tried others / these seemed the worse offenders.

Don't go anywhere near this bunch of time wasters. Total contrast to my last experience. This time they gave a decent enough initial valuation which I assumed would be very close to the final offer as the car was in absolutely mint condition but the final offer was an absolute joke.
