Upgrade Labs requires a 30-day cancellation notice.
If a billing date falls within that 30-day period, you will receive one final charge, and your membership will remain active until the end of the notice window.
Your official cancellation date will be the date we receive your confirmation reply.
Once we receive your confirmation reply, your cancellation will be processed and finalized accordingly.

I sent an email to this person asking for cancellation on 11-29-2025 and was advised on the phone that the email I sent was sufficient for cancellation with no further charges. I received this email from Upgrade Labs December 1st stating that they would make the cancellation after they received confirmation from this email. What kind of business does this???? I blocked their business from making any further charges on my credit card. This seems to be a desperate way to keep customers. Come on Upgrades Labs. Try to do better! Level Up spa in Liberty Lake would never do this! They are the best biohacking spa in the area! I just wanted to try Upgrade Lab’s Ammortal Bed for a month and did not expect to be charged for two months as there was nothing stating this when signing up. What a scam to keep customers. I might have been an ongoing customer like I have been for 4 years with Level Up Spa had I been treated differently. The staff member was condescending and threatening to cancel the month I did pay for because I didn’t want to pay for two months. How horrible is this?

Upgrade Labs - Public Warning

After my cryogenic chamber session at Upgrade Labs Calgary Brookfield, I was bullied by management into accepting that burning myself was somehow MY fault—despite their complete failure in duty of care and safety protocols.

Let me be crystal clear: I will make it my life's mission to expose the negligence and entitlement that allowed this to happen. What was supposed to heal me has instead damaged my health further, all because of inadequate protocols and the absence of trained health professionals.

The manager at the Calgary Brookfield location is a racist, unprofessional individual who clearly operates above the law with zero accountability. Her ignorance of legal requirements and blatant personal biases are inexcusable.

This establishment operates without proper safety measures or qualified healthcare staff, yet has the audacity to blame customers for their own failures.

I will not stay silent. I will denounce this company through every channel available until there is accountability for what happened to me.

Consider this your warning—do NOT trust Upgrade Labs with your health and safety.
