Totally scam.
They just start your subscription without your permission. And not allow you to refund

Trialed what I thought was an iq test and said it would tell me my intelligence types. However, it turned out to be a short, non comprehensive iq test followed by sign up trail price of 0.99 for results - which I believed I would be informed about the intelligence type in. I signed up for the trial at 0.99 and got just a iq number result, nothing more. I canceled straight away. But then noticed I'd been charged 9.99.

The number to call on the merchant site takes you to another company. It's such a scam and so frustrating that people are just taking advantage and operating fraudulently like this. Avoid at all costs. Still trying to get refund too.

I had just recently tried out the Cerebrum IQ from Instagram because I had wanted to pay a small 2 dollar fee to learn what my IQ was, needless to say by putting my Card info I unknowingly did not expect they tried to charge me several times, Some for 8 dollars, some for 7 and another for 21, and recently I had lost over 30 dollars. Do yourself a favor, Cancel your card and the number. Report if possible and don't trust the site.

Totally scam and you cannot speak to a real person via their chatbot.
Their chatbot tells you to email them and then the email tells you to use the chatbot to contact a real person!!!

Absolute scam, so don't waste any of your money on this company.

I am a professional but this one managed to get past my basic instinct. Well it was an IQ test, so it seemed legitimate.

I never subscribed to this service and now they are taking £10 from my account that my bank is useless to stop… it is so frustrating, companies like this should not be allowed to get away with this this scam!!

SCAM - AVOID - cancel the direct debits with your bank ASAP.

This is a total scam. I cancelled in first billing period and they kept taking money out. You can't talk to a human. And you can't get your money back. So friggin mad.

This is a scam! From 12/22/24 to 1/19/25 trycerebrumiq.com charged my PayPal account $14.99 5 times for a total of 74.95. Claiming a billing agreement with me. I never even took their test and only gave them PayPal under shady, confusing and dishonest statements. $75.00 for nothing except misrepresentation. At least they didn't get my credit information. I'm going to PayPal now to lodge a complaint and report the scam.

Definite a scam. Did the $.99 bit and was immediately charged a further $19.99 for subscription I did not authorized. They are refusing to refund it but I don’t give up without a fight. They are wrong and know it. Also a bait and switch tactic. I am notifying card issuer if they don’t refund

They not only processed a full refund for all unauthorized charges but also ensured that my access remained active until the end of the billing cycle. Their prompt response and willingness to make things right left a positive impression.

While I appreciate the resolution, I encourage Cerebrum IQ to improve their trial process to ensure full transparency for all users. This will help prevent similar issues in the future.

This website is made from the same scammers as Cerebrum IQ. They just renamed their website to hide it. The positive reviews on the other Trustpilot page are also FALSE!!

The give you false promises that they will only charge you a cost 0.99 but what they don't say, is that they always take as much money as they can try from your Card/PayPal! They took over €50 off me! And the refund policy of being able to cancel within 7 days is also FAKE! They charged me 3 different payments which was taken all at the same time! No warnings and no proof! The refund policy is also Wack! They choose who they want to refund! They ignored me multiple times for a month when I emailed their support team! And most of the emails were auto-bot emails that keep giving me the exact same answer each time! They make you think they are a legit website but they're not! They use shady wording on their website to rope you in. I only got a refund because I gave bad reviews on multiple websites including Trustpilot. Don't bother doing it on social media, they delete everything negative. They also informed me multiple times that they will delete my account and my payment method which they didn't! I had to cancel my card and get a new one. I also had to call my bank to block the company from taking out any further unauthorized payments!! AVOID THEM!!
