Not happy
I booked 4 rather expensive tickets in February for an event on July 12. The confirmation promised the tickets would be sent 7 days before the event. When nothing arrived, I contacted the customer service, as advised. They responded fast - but only told me the tickets would be sent within the next 24 to 48 hours. In the end, they were only sent on Thursday afternoon, not even two days before the event. Which sounds more than a bit disorganised to me.

Amazing service, I booked for my husband and I as a present for his birthday but yesterday I realised we were not seated together!
I emailed customer service, to see if they could do anything not really holding much hope, but thought it was worth asking, and within a few hours I’ve had an email confirming our new seats sitting together.

Very poor disability service
Very poor disability service. I have twice attended events ticketed by ticket quarter and applied for an assistant ticket as my son has a disability.
I have come to apply for an event this summer and been refused a ticket because my son is under 16.
I explained that this has never been explained before and that I can prove previous tickets have been issued.
The customer service team ignored this information.
I asked them to refund the ticket and they refused.
I understand if they have policies, but they need to be consistent with them and not issuing them previously under the same conditions.
The least they could do is issue the refund for my son’s ticket. Had they done that I might have used them in the future, but now I will not use them again for events.

Excellent Service in facilitating a change
I made a mistake when booking tickets for an event in Liverpool but Ticket Quarter facilitated changing the dates with absolutely no fuss whatsoever. It was especially important as we are due to travel from Ireland and would have missed the event were it not for Ticket Quarter.

I've used Ticket Master for years and being disabled I always need extra help. They make buying tickets and getting a companion ticket simple also. The staff, if you have to get in touch, are always friendly and helpful.
First rate service, above and beyond.
Four months previously had booked and paid for event tickets. Unfortunately my wife had inadvertently deleted the email booking confirmation and we could not remember the date and time of the event but knew it was just a few weeks away. I contacted customer services and after an exchange of three or four emails they furnished me with full details AND forwarded a copy of my booking invoice to another email address of mine which I rarely use, but apparently did when making the booking. The patience and effort of the person went above and beyond and is greatly appreciated.

I saw that a comedian I liked had put on an extra date. I'm on holiday at the moment so didn't really expect anything back quickly but literally within 5 minutes of me sending an email I got a very helpful response.
I am so impressed with the response time and the helpfulness and would wholeheartedly recommend and use this service again.
