Do not use this rental service. I went to pause my membership, because the inventory is awful.. none of the things they advertise are ever available. Then they charged me for items I returned. It's a complete sham, most of the items are incredibly cheap and in poor condition. In addition to that, their customer service won't even reach out in a timely manner.

I have LOVED Fashion Pass
I have LOVED Fashion Pass, so much so I referred a friend last month. I am currently dealing with my first customer service issue. I returned all my items from my last order, yet I was charged for two items (one being a dress I never wore). Has this ever happened to anyone and how was it handled? It was to the tune of $200, so I am really hoping this gets resolved. Do I file a claim with FedEx?

Do not use this service. A pair of pants from my last order arrived with chewed up gum stuck to the inside and they are refusing to refund me. I obviously cannot wear anything else that came in that order or order from them again knowing this is the condition of their clothes.

Every time I text Fashion Pass customer service I get a thorough, friendly and helpful response within 24 hours. Even more, they’re always helpful and offer a clear answer or solution. It’s such a relief compared to so many others out there to have a humanized and personalized reply :)

Beyond clothing rentals
Any clothing rental company can supply excellent brands and goods but they don’t always nail the human aspect of buying and selling. I am in customer service (I am an account manager for a software company so I am keen on company representation) and FashionPass has provided the most outstanding customer service I have experienced with any company period. Jessica and her team are a pleasure to do business with and I always felt so taken care of! You guys run a great company! And the customer service reps really make the experience valuable. Anytime I had a question someone text or emailed me back promptly with explicit directions of how to accomplish what I was trying to do with my account. I knew an actual human being was on the other end of my inquiries and not a bot. Makes a huge difference!! Clothes I rented were great, the return process was easy and putting my account on a brief pause/cancellation was very straight forward. Some companies make it very difficult to do this and for a very great reason (purchasing a home) I had to freeze subscriptions for a while. I can’t wait to come back and continue renting clothing from Fashion Pass.

I’ve really enjoyed renting from fashion pass! I’ve had a subscription for over a year and have not experienced any issues until today when a dress arrived with a broken boning, however Sam on the customer service team via text solved my issue so quickly, she was super helpful, nice, and very efficient! Great customer service and great resolution should you experience any issues. Can’t recommend fashion pass enough!

I’ve been using fashion pass for 3 years. They have truly started to go down hill. The closes quality, availability, and selection are really suffering. But most of all their customer service. So sad about it..

Literally the worst experience I have EVER had. Nothing fit, everything was over worn and not clean. They are refusing to refund me for my experience. STAY AWAY!!!
Terrible customer service & Wrinkled Clothing
Terrible customer service. All of my items arrived extremely wrinkled. They do not ship items in a garment bag. I reached out to customer service asking for a refund and to cancel my account. WORST response! They said well you can just "steam" them on low heat. Excuse me? Who has time to "steam" anything? The whole point of using a service such as this or rent the runway is to not have to deal with drycleaning etc. Also they refused to provide a refund? I didn't get to wear any of the items sent! I was a member of Rent the runway since 2015 never once did they ship items in a plastic bag. Also if there was an issue with a garment they apologized and addressed it right away. This is the worst rental service i have ever tried.

Slow shipping and turnaround time. Waste of money
They use USPS for shipping, items take forever to get to you, and they don't ship out new items until the other items are received so you barely get to wear the clothes you are renting.

Bachelorette Party done right!
I used Fashion Pass for my bachelorette party and going to rent my dress through them for my courthouse wedding! Everyone should take advantage of this amazing opportunity! They have the best brands, most stylish clothes, and it is all very reasonably priced. I have interacted with customer service twice and they are SO sweet, polite, helpful, and accommodating. Fashion Pass should be proud that the people representing their business are so wonderful and I am so happy to give them my business. Thank you so much for making it easy/affordable to get new clothes for such important events! If you are thinking about renting from Fashion Pass don’t hesitate, just do it!

Have used this company for a few months and for some reason this past month has been awful. For starters, I purchased a dress one month ago and was charged $120. Fast forward, 4 weeks later the dress NEVER came and no one from customer service will respond. In addition I had rented some items a few weeks ago and returned all of them. Today I received an email that they were charging me for a dress because I never sent it back. I am positive I sent it back but they’re telling me they can’t find it. Just save your time and energy and use “rent the runway” or a more popular and reliable company because this company has just been a big headache. Needless to say, I cancelled my membership and will not be using them again.

Great clothing rental service for everyday, work or special events. Recently got some great pieces for a bachelorette. But beyond that, their customer service is fast, and VERY helpful. Shoutout to Pearl who was able to assist me, she rocks!
BUMMER of an experience to say the least
Really bummed with my overall experience. Ordered a pair of sunglasses and received an email confirming my order, then no further correspondence. No confirmation of shipment, no tracking number or information, and nothing further other than when I placed the initial order. I check continuously and when I reached out to customer service, I was told it was delivered on Tuesday (I reached out on Friday). I had absolutely no clue, which resulted in my package being nowhere to be found since I live in a busy apartment building. Customer service told me that "99% of the time" the packages show up and I could reach back out in 3 business days. Upon doing so, I had to continuously follow up for an answer and was told that due to their policy I had to report the package being missing within 24 hours of delivery. But - I had not received any notification of shipment nor delivery from them, which meant I didn't even have a chance to report as I was not made aware of the shipment. They said they could issue me a "half credit" to the site but that was the end of their policy. While I understand and feel for the customer service reps who helped me, I am extremely disappointed in how management/the higher ups (other than the customer service reps) handled the situation. Was looking forward to using the service in the future but now will steer clear and make sure my friends/family do as well.

I am new to FP and still learning the system. I received 2 dresses, one fit like a glove and the other didn’t. I reached out to customer service; I wanted to ensure I could reorder the dress I liked if I swapped the items, but it wasn’t available in my size. Amanda helped me out with my order at no extra cost in such a quick, sweet, efficient manner. I have had a great experience with FP so far and Amanda is the reason. Keep up the fantastic customer service. It’s so appreciated.
