Poor service
Poor service, ridiculous onboarding tactics, App is faulty.
They wont take proof of your work experience abroad.
Also note that most of the 5 star reviews on trust pilot are of people trying to send out promo codes. What a joke

Went to them looking fo new work as i wanted to change curent job. Guy named Wajid told me that with my experience he will find me a pernament job for sure. Next day they called me to go to some place for interview but as i said to them im working and i have 2 weeks leaving note so no. I don't know if they were unprofessional or stupid to calling me to do that but its funny when they are presents company as professional etc... plus offers what app is showing you are too far for me. Totaly disapointed. not recomending.
terrible interview experience-insulting,humiliating Gina Santana
I arrived to my interview on 24th of October at 2:30 in London. The teamconsisted of 4 people, 3 of them were brilliant and gave as interestinginformation about the app and hospitality in general. Well done to them,because they know how to explain things in "cool" way to the young people,but Ms. Gina Santana was unbelievable rude, she had the attitude that I wanted to leave after a few minutes (insulting people, humiliating them -not me, those young scared kids)
She said:
- "I will be watching you from the start till the end as this is a serious interview" eventhough some time later she played her own music so loudly on speakers I could barely hear her, was kind of dancing and telling us that she gets paid loads of money for this.
- Telling young girl : " you picture is good maybe for Instagram, change it or you can go home, I give you 5 minutes.
- She showed us "imaginary chairs" with imaginary people - we should collect their plates. A few times she told me I stepped on that imaginary person, so If I go it again I can go home (I just couldn't belive. I have been training people how to clean and carry plates for years).
Rude and not professional
I went to an onboarding section and had a terrible experience. The staff was rude and would interview you in front of other applicants, without asking if you felt comfortable with that. They don't take in count any education or experiences outside the UK. That can be understandable, but the way they put it made me feel disrespected and discriminated. If they were clear it would have saved me a lot of time. They need to change their method or people will just run away. Don't loose your time...
