I had to upload a new software to my work computer…
I had to upload a new software to my computer as I'm a auto locksmith, the software was very important to the running of my business but my computer would not launch the software. I heard about NerdApp and contacted them online and they got to work straight away, Volken S took control of my computer and I have to say they were amazing !!! Very reasonably priced and fair with the time charged, I will certainly be using the NerdApp and Volken s again. Thank you so much for all your hard work, You saved my business !

Very helpful technician
I was very pleased with my experience using NerdApp. The technician I spoke to was very helpful and extremely patient. I would use them again if I had a problem with my computer.

Matched quickly with a very helpful “Nerd”, who was extremely diligent and knowledgeable. We didn’t manage to fix the problem entirely, but we managed to recover my data, which was the most important thing.

Wow!, just had an IT blitz session with an IT Technician from Nerdapp.
Trying to sort out your home computer problems on your own, if you are not an IT 'expert' is a nightmare!! 😳 well for me anyway.... 😏
The IT technician sorted out so many of my IT issue's today, and has lifted a huge weight off my shoulders. He was knowledgeable to another level, quick, efficient and helpful. He gave me great service, at a decent price, with a great attitude.
So if you're looking for home or office Tech support I can highly recommend Nerdapp. The Nerd App is also simple, and very easy to use.
Honestly...., if you need good, honest IT support, Nerdapp is the way to go 😁

NerdApp did what 4 stores couldn’t- fix my Mac!
Using NerdApp was so easy and I would recommend to anyone with an IT issue big or small. The technician was that assisted me was highly knowledgeable and super efficient.
He managed to sort out an issue I’ve been having for 2 years, which 4 other computer stores could not fix.
5 stars is not enough!!
